Taco Bell Franklin

I went too this location on west central street. The guy working the window was extremely professional all while being charismatic and kind! It’s important too have people like this working in the food industry, you never know who comes through your drive thru, you just might make their day with your kindness! I didn’t get his name, but I was there at 6pm on 6/29/22, thank you!!!

I have given this location numerous chances, and they always screw up! Always forgetting something or messing up an order! I understand when its busy sometimes things happen... but not EVERY TIME!! Kid at the window today looks stoned out of his mind. Poor customer service when trying to fix a screwed up order. Never again will i come here. If I could give it 0 stars...I would. Now please excuse me while I eat my Cheesy Fiesta potatoes with my hands because they once again forgot the fork even though i asked at the window if they out one in the bag and said "yes". 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

It was 3 pm. The wait was 30 mins+. All of the tables were dirty, and at least two crew members were playing on a device rather than working. The food was okay... but it always makes you sick anyway. I hate it when employees are being lazy. There should only be one employee on break at a time. Plus the employees look unkempt. Probably some nice people here, just too lazy...

The last 2 times I’ve gone to this location, my order has been incorrect. I ordered chips & cheese, and only received the cheese. I also ordered a Pepsi and a Baja blast, both were delivered without ice. The most recent time I went, I ordered 2 Doritos Locos Nacho Tacos Supreme, and they were not supreme. It seems as though they need to pay more attention to detail. The guy Sean at the window is very pleasant, however the individuals putting the orders together are making the mistakes.

I was the only customer in line and still spent nearly ten minutes trying to get the attention of the staff to place my order. There were at least a half dozen people working and they did not appear busy. They just flat out ignored me, even when I started shouting and waving to get there attention it still took several additional minutes just to place my order. They were also out of the soda that I wanted and when I complained I learned that they were already aware but didn't bother to post a notice or sign that they were out. And the drink station itself was dirty, covered in spilt soda and trash.
