The food is delicious.
However, if you shy away from run down hole in the wall food joints... This is not the place for you.
All the workers are a little rough around the edges but polite.
The sweet tea is OUT OF THIS WORLD.
Chicken is thick and juicy. Sides are yummy!

We like Lee's but we don't recommend taking your bougie girlfriend here ;)

,creamy,green beans divine,biscuits perfect, etc . I am from New Orleans and Lee's is better then any other place. Thank yall. We will be back.
Came in to get some chicken staff up front was very helpful chicken was amazing but i am disgusted by how their cook looked what company lets an employee wear a nasty stained wife beater and cut up pants with drawings all over them. I saw him making a drink today he looked very beat up would not recommend coming in the morning looks like their cook is on dope.

It had been at least a year since my family had eaten Lee’s chicken, due to Multiple bad experiences keeping us away for a while. Prior to that we ate it at least a couple times a month. After recently learning New Management took over with Bill, we decided to give it another shot. I must say it was the absolute BEST Lee’s we have eaten in years. Everything was cooked/made great except the pies being a little over cooked. My only complaint is the dramatic increase of pricing. What use to be around $35 to feed a family of 4, cost us around $58 for the very same thing. I will be back, but not as often as I use to with those increased prices.
I really missed having chicken livers since the pandemic started. I live in Trenton and I heard that the store in Franklin were offering livers. I drove to Franklin and got me some livers. They were moist and tender and delicious. The manager was very nice and made sure that I had all I ordered. I will be making that trip quite a lot. I highly recommend it. Sorry Trenton but I am a customer of Franklin. Thank you
I just want Jordan & the other 2 other women that assisted in my visit Friday April 21st to be recognized for their kindness & excellent service.
Was driving on my way to Wilmington from Middletown, to a friend of mines dad had passed away, on way to viewing. Decided to pick up some food for them, because in grieving sometimes you forget to eat. So I called store while I was driving to place my order, which I guess you are not supposed to do, supposed to do it on line. I explained situation to Jordan as to why I was doing this, so he took my order. When I arrived at store I didn't have to wait. I can't tell you how much I appreciated what the employees smiles & kindness meant to me. So thank you so so much.
BTW they hadn't ate all day & was very happy to know that I had brought them food.
There chicken is the bomb! I always stop by when I got to Sandusky. They got good price combos and I really love there coleslaw too!! Nothing like some good ole fried chicken. There fried chicken gizzards bang too!
Highly satisfied and would recommend!! We did a very large catering order for pickup Saturday at noon, it was a ton of work for this restaurant. Not only was everything ready on time, it was plenty hot, well packed, not an single item missing, and the employees even helped load it up in our car. Truly phenomenal staff! Thank you so much! You made our family reunion a success! We will be back as soon as we can!
I loved the fried pickles. They were fantastic. They make them to order so they are fresh out the fryer.
I got the fish special. Not as fresh as the pickles but very good. It was a wonderful place to eat.
