Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza was the Epic Stuffed Crust and the dough was very badly distributed, with too much dough in the crust and definitely NOT enough in the pie. I asked for it to be baked well done and it was soggy. The jalapeno poppers/stuffers were a variety of sizes from huge to tiny and I'm shocked I paid $6.99 for them. I gave Papa John's another chance...I'm literally never ordering from Papa John's again and this lazily made pizza and poppers/stuffers last night was so bad my husband and I didn't even want the leftovers in our fridge. And we ALWAYS eat pizza leftovers...please refrain from getting pizza at this shop, you'll be badly disappointed if you buy anything from here.

Canceled order because "driver left with out it" at 11pm. Didn't call the driver back didn't offer a pick up option didn't make any effort to make this right just flat canceled the order. I guess the driver didn't have a phone or the manager was bent on closing early either way we will not be ordering from this location in the future. 4 people waiting on food ordered 20 mins before irder canceled 45 mins before closing time.

I've been to this location once a week for the past 3 weeks since moving to Franklin. Every time I have ordered I have always had a problem with the staff. From not knowing how to do codes, the rude behavior shown when picking up my orders to being told something then getting there and being told something different. As someone who has worked in fast food for 5 years. I know people can have rough days ect. But the behavior towards customers there are no reason for.
