I can't imagine ever driving through Franklin without stopping by Stamey's Cafe. This place everything that is amazing about small town America. Gayle was my server, and I'll go as far as saying a great Ambassador of this wonderful community. I had chicken fried steak and eggs, which came with a biscuit...all top notch.
Noticed this place while looking for breakfast on Sunday. Despite being listed as closed on Google it had an open sign.
We popped in and the food was absolutely delicious and the prices felt very reasonable.

Peace, love and biscuits! This place's slogan says it all. A comfortable, laid back establishment that serves a great breakfast. Their platter of biscuits and gravy was huge and enough to feed two. Great food and great service.
AMAZING FOOD, GREAT PRICES, LOVELY SERVERS.
This Cafe is quaint, small, delicious, and great for a quick morning breakfast stop. They had us in and out and well fed.
The coffee was the only thing I would have changed- it was watery and weak so I couldnt drink it.
Will be stopping by Stamey's anytime were in Franklin.
While looking for a bite to eat for breakfast we stumbled upon Stameys. Not being from here we were a little unsure of our choice. Let me say this is one of the best places I've been to. The breakfast was awesome...best pancakes ever. Our grits were great and the portions were large. We will have to put this restaurant on our list of places to go!!!
What a nice little place for a quick stop corky and fun the foods made from scratch and there aint no doubt about that!! 🖖🙏
I felt like I'd come and sat down for a home cooked meal at my grandma's kitchen table. Our waitresses were the sweetest folks, the food was FANTASTIC, and the overall experience left both my friend and myself smiling from ear-to-ear.
I'll be back and be sure to tell all my friends to check it out when they're in town!
We both had hamburger steaks with 3 sides each, everything was great, all sides were hot and we will drive back from Georgia to eat there every week or two. Thank you
MUST GO! Cheap food, great service, quiet homey environment. Nothing says home cooking like home made desserts. Breakfast foods and then some, they close at 3 I believe so not much dinner selections but they do have lunch choices. You can tell they care about what they're doing and the food they're cooking. You don't get to experience that much anyone with the uprise of chain restaurants, if you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing care in your food this is the place to find it.
We stopped in here for a quick bite of breakfast while waiting for an appointment. The staff was super friendly and the food was really good. The prices were more than reasonable. It was just a quaint, quiet diner that I would be happy to visit again.
