Employees have the worst attitudes and people skills of any restaurant I’ve ever visited. Every time I go it’s something new. Also have a hard time following VERY simple instructions when topping the sandwiches. Will not give any more of my business to this place

While I am a fan of the food, I'm not a fan of the service. I placed an online order, and when I arrived at the shop the order had not been fulfilled. I tried to call before hand, and the line was disconnected. The clerks were not very helpful, and basically said they don't check their online system. My response was "how can you not check an online system that you utilized"? I was thoroughly upset, and I think they need to develop better customer service skills.

Wonderful subs, great staff, cant go wrong with their Philly cheese steak. The owner is an wonderful woman, met her a couple years ago at a roof top graduation party in Nashville with my friend Melany. A business you can really support. ❤
