Chipotle Mexican Grill

The lady in service on 1/16/2021 at dinner time. She was careless, very impatient, and rude to the customers. Looks like she had a long day. She was very rude to a girl, threw away her plate, just because the girl was asking what’s inside the bowl. The food portion was small at this location. Probably the worst chipotle I’ve even been. The bright side was the other staff was good, and the food taste like chipotle... so avoid this location if you have a choice.

What is with this covid 19 that people at Foster city chipotle are completely oblivious and absent minded. I ordered a burrito bowl in which the teenager who served it gave me hardly no chicken. I was in infuriated because I had previously went to Panda Express and left there because they were so stingy. Anyway I ordered a burrito bowl and ended up with a lettuce bowl and here is the pic to prove it!!! They are total @%#$*&!! Excuse my French

We very much enjoyed our food and experience here. We are frequent chipotle eaters. I felt the food looked very fresh and the counters were very clean, the pico was a deep red. Absolutely beautiful food quality. The service was very patient with my 9yr old, who is now insisting to order her own food. Our favorite location by far, wish we lived closer.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been. I ordered online twice this week for the same burrito. They never give me the guacamole and charged me twice. Worst customer service!!!! When I call, the manager never apologized and asked me to go online for customer service. If you have choice, NEVER go to this chipotle.

The people working here are poorly trained or just don’t care about doing their job well. When I asked what the difference in price is for the steak versus the carne asada, the guy I spoke to said it’s the same, which is b.s. since the carne asada is $1 more than the steak. When I asked for a fork and napkin, the lady I spoke to said we get it ourselves (by the drink dispensers). But there were no napkins to get, so this is again untrue. My bag tore, so I asked for another one, but when the employees put my food into the new bag, they didn’t put my receipt, knife, and spoon in there. Overall, the customer service is just sloppy. And to think Chipotle used to actually be good. The food has also gone downhill since.
