We just celebrated 8th golden birthday and the girls had the best time! Staff was accommodating and we definitely recommend this location!
The experience you have here solely depends on the time you get there. If you go between 4-6, there will be so many children there that they can't keep the buffet stocked long enough to get a full meal. If you go 2-3, it's too slow and you'll get old pizza and stale brownies. So far, the best time I've gone has been 8-9:30ish. Not super busy with kids, but busy enough they put pizza out still! Just something to keep in mind the next time you go!
I had a great experience today. Pizzas were regularly being added, so there were lots of fresh options. Workers were cleaning and getting the dirty plates out of the area super quickly. It was really clean and fast compared to a lot of the cicis that are still open around.

Our daughter wanted Cicis for her birthday.
We paid for 4 at the buffet. We arrived before 6pm on Friday. No pizza on the buffet.
They said they were not taking any requests for buffet pizzas because they have too many Togo orders.
I asked if we needed to come back later?
We went back and ordered two pizzas and wings Togo.
The sign in the photo says, "don't see your favorite, just ask, we will make it."
But we didnt see any pizzas, they were not even making regular pizzas to put on the buffet.
Our Togo pizzas were good, buffalo wings had no sauce, we requested Buffalo sauce on our Buffalo wings.
We requested a refund for the buffet and received it.
Before 7pm the Togo pizza orders subsided, the pizza buffet was filled, staff was at ease.
*Togo orders seem to be prioritized over in-house diners. Might work better to build stock at the buffet before the 5-7 pm Togo rush comes.
Then work in a fresh pizza at least every 12 minutes when busy.
Pizzas we received were good and worth the visit.
Me and my brother had a good time here and really enjoyed it! The food was good, the service was great and overall, it was a good time.
came in almost no pizza on the buffet. A ton of people came in at once they looked pretty under staffed. they were able to keep pizzas coming out very fast, even with a big rush.
It's Cicis and a small one. There are maybe 3 games in the corner. Basic pizza slices and limited salad buffet with usually 1 pasta choice. Seats are hard without padding. Staff taking orders were pleasant, but there is no table service, so order at the counter.
Nice to see that Cicis is improving. The pizza here was good and the salad decent. Friendly service with clean tables and a clean drink station. Looking forward to eating here again.
This place is hit and miss. Most of the time it is great. Workers are always friendly and quick to help you. If you want something specific they will whip it up for you quickly. Sometimes the quality is lacking. For example sometimes the soup and pasta sauce can be a bit bland. Good place to get a quick bite with the family and well priced. Wish they would redo or get rid of games. Broken 75% of the time and distracting to kids.
they were busy getting their ‘to go’ orders out so the buffet went unchanged for a bit but they were very attentive to the needs of those of us dining in. They promptly took my order and got my pizza out just as quickly as everyone else’s. Due to personal preference I don’t eat pork and that’s all that was on the buffet and without asking about the sausage on the pizza I decided not to eat it… but they got it out really fast. Good job, Team.
