Had a wonderful time. I've been going there for over 50 years. My granddaughter had her birthday party there for years. So relaxing a great place for family with kids. Most people that go there are kind and courteous.

We had a great time at Burgers Lake. It was very hot and full but not too packed. No alcohol is allowed but otherwise you're free to bring in food, drinks, grills, tents, chairs, etc. Come early if you want to stake out a great spot but there's places throughout the parking areas. The lifeguards are top notch especially in the deep areas with diving boards and swings. I highly recommend it as a cross between a lake trip and a water park trip!

Best swimming hole in FTW! Clean, cool, freshwater swimming with lots of slides and diving boards. Great for kids of all ages. No booze, $15 a person.

Hot days and a 69 degree spring fed and filtered water whats not to love? This former gold fish hatchery is a gem in FoWo. They have police on sight so it’s plenty safe. They are strict no alcohol and will search your coolers. Lots of places to cook out, small playground, volleyball courts. $2 all day pass gets you into the bouncy blob. The food was surprising good and well priced. Deepest part of the lake is 20ft deep so perfect for that high dive and trapeze. Some of the places in the soil was a little rocky and hurts a bit to step on but over a fun place.

We love Burgers.... We come often over the summer. We usually try to bring our own food and drinks and grill there, but they do have a great selection of food. Kids always have fun. Very family oriented atmosphere which I love. Lots of guards, you feel very safe there.

Went Friday and Saturday. It's a pretty awesome tiny man-made beach. Makes you wanna keep this place a secret so it doesn't get too packed! $15 dollars a person is a good price, but charging extra for the bounce pad and attractions is tacky and it sucks to wait in line half an hour at the concession stand to purchase 5 minutes of recreation. The prices are good, $5 to rent a floatation tube for a couple hours, the food is reasonably priced and you can affordably feed your family on delicious burgers or pizzas at the concession stand. A nice change from the usual price gouging that happens in places like these. Pros: Affordable! great place to stay cool, sand castles! Safe, they hire lifeguards around the clock. Slides are awesome. Paletas! Cons: long wait times, especially on weekends. No alcohol allowed.

Our first time here and it was in their last day of the year, labor day. For labor day, they held a sale for the last 3 hours where all food was half priced. They had a surprisingly impressive selection of food and some unexpected convenience items in the store like grilling utensils and buns. Lots of diving boards, slides, etc. Though there were lots of people there, the water wasn't crowded. Really enjoyed our time there and for $15 per person, it was good outing. A nice little escape without leaving Fort Worth.

Fun experience for the whole family! I love how they do regular safety checks. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed. Whis is pretty cool, in my opinion.

Took my boys last Saturday and we all enjoyed it. Very clean, seating is spaced out, and water wasn't packed. Very nice family place. Definitely going back! UPDATE: we've been back several times and every time was a different experience but none bad. Get there early because it does get packed and once they reach capacity they stop allowing entry. There's not really much area for small kids who can't swim.

This place was amazing. My son and niece loved it! I was a little worried because of some of the reviews I read so I had to go for myself and was not disappointed. It’s $15 per person to get in. You can bring your own food and drinks (no alochol allowed) or they have a snack bar that serves burgers, hotdogs, pizza and ice cream and more. The place is located in a wooded area with picnic tables all over. You pick the location you want and you can also grill. I highly recommend water shoes. The bottom of the lake is sandy. They have a swing, diving boards and slides. Have fun! Summertime Summertime 😎
