There is a reason this bakery has stayed open for decades. They have really good baked goods! Famous for their Black Forest dacquoise cake, but have so many other great items. Croissant pastry with cream cheese filling - perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. I could say the same for every pastry they sell. Follow their social media. Order Black Forest early in the holiday season. Great experiences at the shop. Highly recommend!

This is my spot! I haven't tried their lunch or breakfast menus as yet, but the cupcakes, muffins, and rolls are so good. The counter ladies are really good. They actually have 3-4 ladies at the counter, so you don't wait very long, even at peak times. Counter helpers are knowledgeable about their many products. You can sample some items before buying. They are the bomb and worth the trip.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Swiss Pastry Shop! From the moment I stepped in, the aroma of freshly baked goodies whisked me away to a dessert wonderland. The staff was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. But let me tell you about the birthday cake they created - it was an edible masterpiece! Not only was it visually stunning, but each bite was a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. They truly went above and beyond to make the celebration extra special. I can't recommend Swiss Pastry Shop enough - whether it's for a birthday bash or a simple treat-yourself moment, they never fail to deliver happiness on a plate! If you do decide to go you must try the Black Forest cake. It’s gluten free as well as a light dessert. Anything on their pastry menus is a delicious treat. One place not to be missed! Update: if you didn’t know what I didn’t is that their restaurant closed some years ago. YET they had one of the best hamburgers in the DFW area. If they ever open that part again I will definitely be back!
