Great job on the remodel!! Friendly staff, building is nice and the addition was much needed!!!! Glad they’ve re-opened!
I had a great experience there. They were all friendly and washed off the tables. Got more chicken strips in my basket and lots of fries.
I did have to ask for my pretzel sticks and I did leave without getting my drink. Which I myself didn't realize till I get home. I believe the girl behind the counter may have been fairly new, but she's a cutie and had a nice smile. So I wasn't all that upset.
Recently came to purchase some yummy treats for our CNAs at Kingston for CNA week so the order was large! One of the staff members named Crystal had THE best customer service and was so sweet and organized with my order! It was MUCH appreciated :)
FAST and very friendly service especially at 1030am on Sunday, with already a line of people. Food tasted great.
The drive-through of this place is GREAT! It is always a pleasure! The employees always are super friendly and seem to enjoy their job.. but, the inside is a completely different story: I was completely ignored and left waiting for someone, anyone, to take my simple order. A dilly bar.
I was the only person in there, and I was left waiting for 5-7 minutes while the employees chatted away.. including the manager.
Overall, though, the ice cream is always thick and delicious.. and I rate this a good stop for those needing a Sweet Treat!
