Taco Bell

I don’t usually review fast food places, because I never expect much, but I don’t think this location even attempts to try. We are new to Ft. Wayne and the first time we ordered was on 8/28. They were completely out of chicken, so we had to adjust our whole order. We decided to give them another try on 8/31. Still out of chicken! We ordered Crunchwrap supremes instead. The pictures are of the Crunchwrap I received. Literally dry meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. At least pretend to care. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

I give it only a 2 star because I waited over 45 minutes after ordering on the menu touch screen inside. I think the three workers did not see the order on the kitchen screen since they were so busy with drive through & App others. After I told the one cashier about my long wait, he apologized. I had to wait another 15 minutes since drive- throughs get preferential treatment over “walk-ins”. I am not complaining about the staff since the place is understaffed. But “walk-in” orders seem to be treated not as important.

I don’t like this place. It feel like a bunch of kids work here with no supervision. The food is never fresh not even upon request. Today when I pulled up and ordered I asked for fresh food (shouldn’t have to and didn’t get it) and one of the girls started making vomiting sounds through the drive thru microphone. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there. The service is repugnant. The last time I visited this location there were three of us at the counter for cold food and wrong orders.Don’t waste your time or money. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ever going

Ordering here seems to always be an issue. I understand staffing issues, really do, and as a healthcare worker, I can most definitely sympathize. I also understand that we are all only human and mistakes get made. However, mistakes with this particular location occur chronically. It’s especially frustrating when a mobile order is placed and the individuals taking that order refuse to fully read it and make the food as ordered and fulfill the order in its entirety. There are times when we have gone out of our way to another Taco Bell location, this time we did not and that was clearly a mistake. The staff were willing to remake our order but the fact of the matter remains that we had to turn around and go back to get something that should have been completed the first time around. I’m not sure if the staff needs better training or if they just don’t care but something needs to be done.

Just as is expected from all the Taco Bell's in the area. Only one car in front of us and none behind. They once again messed up my order. Which I typically would just shrug off, but not when I sat at the window before being handed my food and asked them to make sure it's a hard shell taco in my meal not a soft....lady closed the window verified they would put a hard shell taco in it.... This may shock y'all so sit down....there's NO HARD SHELL TACO!

Usually i dont go to taco bell, didn’t have great experience with their food but… This location is the best! The food is cooked to perfection, i am impressed with this Taco bell that i went to the one down south fort wayne and that one was nothing compared to this one on lima road, I love this place food and i do recommend it. Plates to try: Steak Power bowl and steak tacos!
