Wendy's

When they get your order right, it's usually pretty good. Their burgers are hot and juicy, their fries and chicken nuggets are nicely crispy, and they make sure to give you a good amount of sauce. Unfortunately, when they get your order wrong it's awful. I've had everything ranging from forgetting to customize my burger to getting entirely the wrong burger, nuggets, and sauce. At this point I'd say it's about a 40% chance that you'll get your order perfectly right. I look forward to seeing how they improve on this!

We went through the drive thru today and first it seemed like the lady couldn't hear us. Then we finally got to order. We get home, and I get halfway through my baconator and one of the meat patties are raw!! I called them and tried to let them know, and I was hung up on!!! Be the last time I eat there.

I waited at the drive thru menu to order for a minute before asking if they were open. One of the “workers” said they were making food so I waited for 5 minutes for them to get back with me. After hearing nothing I pulled around to leave only to see them all circled up in the kitchen on their phones and joking around. They could have at least just told me they were closed or had no interest in serving me food. Safe to say I’ll never come back to this one. Easy paycheck for them I suppose...

I absolutely love going into Wendy's after 11pm. The lady who takes orders is so amazing. I was crying one night and she said I was a strong beautiful lady and I have this. She made my whole week better tha night. Every time I go there she has a smile on her face she is polite and she makes me want to be a better person myself. So thank you so much for helping me through a very stressful night. Keep up the great customer service skills

Do yourself a favor and don't order delivery. The burger wasn't wrapped it was tossed into the bag. It was a complete mess. The fries were so cold. The driver said they never have ice or pop at this location. I ordered a coke and was given a strawberry lemonade. I tried calling several times to complain and the phone just rings.

i have never had a good experience here. specifically tonight. the fries were forgotten, the frostys were only halfway filled, and my burger was completely wrong. i asked for JUST lettuce, and they gave me everything BUT lettuce. also the employees are extremely rude. the only nice one was a girl who corrected our order for us, very good service there. everyone working the drive thru had no patience and did not listen to the order.

First they rang up and made the wrong combo burger so they tried to over charge me. There was 3 people at the drive thru area but they were to busy on their phones and joking with each other instead of opening the window for me. Finally opened the window after 3 mins of just standing there talking to each other and the one guy was just standing by the drinks on his phone, I told the lady what I wanted face to face. I order my burger plain, no sauces or veggies. I got home 3 min later and saw the burger had the works on it, everything. So I called up and talked to the manager, also the one I told face to face my order. So she took down my info and said that they would send me a coupon in the mail. Well that was about 6 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. This Wendy's is only about 2 min from my house but now if I ever want it I'll drive 15 min to go to another location, if I even want to try another Wendy's. Very irritated.
