Always have received correct order and great customer service.
The only complaint I have is to please cut back on some of the Salt on the fries because it’s too heavy and tastes as if you’re eating a handful of salt and can’t enjoy the fries wholeheartedly.

probably the worst fast food place ever.. no respect or concern for customers, no real management skills from manager, i would give less stars because of management alone, AVOID THEM IF POSSIBLE theres more sonics in the area that treat customers correctly, rossville and eastridge

The girl had our food out in no time with a super nice attitude extra condiments and napkins, really any thing a truck full of guys taking lunch could need. I guess she seen the truck load pulling in and knew these guys are gonna ask for this and that when they get their order. Smart girl. Good looking out

Quick friendly service, did have issues with the card reader not working on the pull up machine. Waitress said the whole side had been playing up. Nice food could have been a bit hotter on this visit.

Very upset about our visit on 1-20-22 around 9 p.m. pulled up to a menu and the girl took our very simple order and never told us it was drive thru only. Watched an employee run an order out to another vehicle so we thought they may be just behind. 30 minutes passed and no service. Pulled up to the window and explained that the wait was to long. She then told us it was drive thru only. Seriously. The food was not hot and our drinks were not cold. Wanted to go back thru but line was long
Sad. Used to like going there. Guess we will stick with dairy queen. So far no complaints with them .

You could barely hear whoever was on the speaker. My order was made incorrectly. The girl at the window didn’t give me my receipt. I had to ask for it and when she handled it to me it was crumpled from the trash. I’m not impressed! I’ve had better service there, before everyone got so lazy.

I waited in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes for 1 blast. I was blocked in, so I could not drive off.
Worst, once finally at the window the girl did not offer an apology or explanation for their delay. When I asked for whipped cream, "we don't use whipped cream, any more". However, every blast ad has whipped cream, probably need to update ads.

Internet said he hey open at 6am each day… they don’t! Went by at 6:30 on my way to work and of course they were closed. Either follow your own hours online or change them!
