Mcdonald's

I went through around 6pm today. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years now and was surprised by how rude they redhead with glasses was to me today at the second window. At first I was like, “It’s whatever.” When she wouldn’t speak a word to me and looked very annoyed like she didn’t want to be there. She then was trying to charge me for sauces and I had never been charged for them before. Maybe if she would have had a good attitude, I would have understood, but I honestly never want her business again. The brunette at the first window was a sweet heart though. Maybe the other one shouldn’t be around people.

I am not a big fan of McDonald's. But I was in a bind and hungry so I took a chance. This McDonald's did get my order right when I went through the drive through. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything I ordered was fresh and just made. The fries were hit and soft and not to crunchy. I will be giving this McDonald's a second try when I'm back in the area.

Arrived at 1:05AM and sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 min before then driving around the building and coming back in order to set off the sensor. Observed 2 employees standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and then after a few more minutes someone came over the speaker and said they were closed at the moment. Asked worker smoking cigarette if they were actually closed and she said that they did not have enough people working. There were for sure 3 people working, but 2 of them were too busy standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes to take care of the customer. This is absurd. Please hire better employees or change your hours since you “don’t have enough employees” or you have employees that are more concerned about their cigarettes than paying customers.

This is absolutely the worst managed McDonald's in the north Georgia area. Sometimes you may be able to order in the lobby, sometimes not. Orders are often sent out wrong. I recently ordered a regular hamburger and imagine my surprise to discover that there wasn't any meat on the hamburger! How in the hell does that happen in the largest fast food burger restaurant in the world?!

They were quick with the order, but when I got my food I seen why, half done job with everything I ordered. Very disappointed. They gave me a chicken sandwich that’s been sitting for a while because the pickles had made the chicken soggy where they’ve been sitting. And I might as well got a small fry with the amount they put in my medium.

Please, please DO NOT eat here! This McDonald's is the worst fast food in North Georgia! Got a mcdouble and and it was so disgusting! Barely had anything on it, bread was stale and had mold, what little "meat" was on it was burnt to the point of ashes! Not hyperbole. No heath department score in sight so I'm sure they're hiding it. This place should be shut down immediately!

First time Coke wasn’t filled up all the way burger was completely wrong only had two patty’s on it no condiments … lady that took our order was extremely rude, and didn’t know how to work the drive through system but we went back through and there was a super nice lady who handled all problems without any stress.
