Love their fries, really on the top notch level of fry making in this country. I didn't think too much of them beforehand, looked like any old regular fries, kinda like five guys or McDonalds type fry, but when I tasted them, it enriched my mouth with pure potato flavour, crisp and overall a very satisfying sensation of fries. Would highly recommend their fries. As for their other products, my boyfriend likes them, so I'd say it's a go to.

Horrible. Ordered curbside, sat outside for Abt twenty minutes, when we went in to ask them about it there were seven employees but only one taking orders up front. When the man in front tof us got done getting his food free bc something also went wrong with his order; we finally got to ask them Abt our food. she says I'll get with you ladies in a minute and goes and locks all the doors while mumbling these were supposed to be locked. When she finally talked to us we were met with disrespect and attitude, they wouldn't give us a refund but they gave us our food. The food was cold and soggy, clearly not made fresh. We told them about that and she told us that they just made the fries, so they shouldn't be cold.... So much for " the customers always right" or even treat people with respect.

The grilled chicken sandwich is great! I was so excited when they reopened. Tonight, I think they must have been short staffed as it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, plus the woman was rude when I asked for a drink carrier. She picked up a stack of drink carriers, slammed them down, then picked one off the top and shoved it at me. I understand they had more in line, and they were trying to hurry me along, but after waiting 30 minutes in line, not even getting my first choice in food choice, it just wasn't appropriate. I would have given 3 stars, however, the girl in the first window told me they were out of salads and asked if I'd like anything else. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and then she took my payment and apologized for any inconvenience, and even said it with a nice smile. Therefore, because at least someone showed good people skills, I gave back a star.

Rude employee gave me and my roommate already melted frostys that were basically milk by the time we get home (rainy day and living 2 minutes away) and when we call about it, they either ignore it, or answer as "America's Thrift Store" and then hang up because they work right next door to "Providence Thrift Store", which all thrift stores have already been closed for 2-3 hours... they are run by Corporate and needs to be shut down immediately..
