Wendy's is my favorite fast food place. I do by this location twice a week when I make the drive to this area. Never had any issues here. They've never messed up my order or anything, it usually during lunch rush when I come through. I've used the drive-thru and gone inside to eat.
Love their fries, really on the top notch level of fry making in this country. I didn't think too much of them beforehand, looked like any old regular fries, kinda like five guys or McDonalds type fry, but when I tasted them, it enriched my mouth with pure potato flavour, crisp and overall a very satisfying sensation of fries. Would highly recommend their fries. As for their other products, my boyfriend likes them, so I'd say it's a go to.
The grilled chicken sandwich is great! I was so excited when they reopened.
Tonight, I think they must have been short staffed as it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, plus the woman was rude when I asked for a drink carrier. She picked up a stack of drink carriers, slammed them down, then picked one off the top and shoved it at me. I understand they had more in line, and they were trying to hurry me along, but after waiting 30 minutes in line, not even getting my first choice in food choice, it just wasn't appropriate. I would have given 3 stars, however, the girl in the first window told me they were out of salads and asked if I'd like anything else. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and then she took my payment and apologized for any inconvenience, and even said it with a nice smile. Therefore, because at least someone showed good people skills, I gave back a star.
