The absolute friendliest staff! Great food, especially their breakfast. They are the only restaurant drive thru that uses real fried eggs on their breakfast sandwiches, just like you would make at home!

Worst White Castle in Northern Kentucky I've ever been to! The employees are rude and that's if you can get them to acknowledge you! Slow and the food is terrible. Do yourself a favor and skip it. Not worth the hassle.

Waited 8 minutes in the drive through with no one in front of me while door dash orders were filled. Then a customer hands a bag of food back stating it wasn't his and the employee handed it to me!!! I ask for a redo. Terrible service.

Absolutely horrible experience at the Ft.Wright location to start of the person who took my order was very rude to us. As we pulled up to the second window the worker handling the window had his shirt intentionally pulled up in the back exposing 6 inches or more of his bare butt very disgusting I will never go back
