Asian Place

We wanted to come here specifically for the Ma Po Tofu since few restaurants actually carry this in the tri-state area. The restaurant was well-decorated and clean, with plenty of tables for families or larger parties. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and stopped by multiple times to top off our water and ask how everything tasted. The food itself was quite good and came in a larger bowl. Asian Place is quite a bit more expensive than your average restaurant, with most entrees being $13.95 or more. I do think the portion sizes and aesthetic of the restaurant warrant the higher price, but with that in mind it probably wouldn't be the top choice for your weekly Asian cuisine fix.

This is my favorite Asian Place - everything I've had is excellent! Chicken on stick? Best I've ever had. Dumplings? Lemme tell you, these dumplings annihilate every other dumpling I've had in my life, and I love dumplings so much I'm slowly turning into one. I'd go through the menu and tell you exactly what's good, but then I'd just be listing the menu and they already have that on their website. Oh, and not only good, but super fast. Haven't had a single meal from here that didn't burn the inside of my mouth to a crisp the second I (foolishly) crammed it in there impatiently. And yet I do it every time. I feel like their food has no concept of thermodynamics because it stays piping hot for two hours after I pick it up...or maybe some needs to teach me thermodynamics? Either way. This is a great Asian Place. I would urge you to drive a little further to this one instead of anywhere else.

Portion size for lunch is absolutely perfect, sadly the food was not tasty there was an onion In every bite so the overpowered taste of that is horrible. The sweet and sour chicken has hardly any flavor even with the sauce it just tasted bland. Well let it be known that I won't be returning, an there are far better options that are cheaper than 17$ for lunch and crab Rangoon. 3 stars
