Arby's

Awful! Took way too long for only 1 other person in line. Maybe because 2 guys smoking cigarettes both wearing headsets were outside instead of helping customers. I don't know how it takes that long to put little to no meat and cheese on 2 beef n' cheddars. At least the lady who gave me my meal in the drive thru asked if I needed any sauce but couldn't give me napkins or the receipt. Overall all I wish I could be terrible at my job and still get paid. Thanks for an awful experience Arby's. Maybe get Bo Dietel back so he can investigate why your customer service is miserable!

"We have the meats" is a weird slogan for this place. Maybe they do have the meats, but the employees are taking it all home in their pockets or just saving the meats for the sandwiches you see in the commercials. I ordered a DOUBLE beef & cheddar + swiss. I received less than a single, and there was no cheddar to be found. I also specifically requested a packet of sauce and they couldn't be bothered to put that in the bag so I just threw that dry garbage sandwich away. I'm pretty sure the curly fries I received were from last week so those went into the trash as well. I considered driving there to return the order, but decided that whoever works there is clearly mad at me for something and I didn't want to potentially get stabbed. If Arby's has taught me anything it's to not go to Arby's.

Ordered on door dash at like 845p.m. my dasher didn't get there till 942p.m. they said the closed early at 930 when the door and online says they close at 10. This was requested by my mother who barely eats due to chemo and radiation. So I try to get her what she asks promptly. This is very disappointing. I wish they didn't go to this location. The one by my house is way more professional and would of still made my order because it was in before they actually closed and they don't close early.

As we were walking in my granddaughter (4) was coughing from an ill swallowed Potato chip. The lobby attendant quickly asked the cashier for a small cup ( which caused her to frown!!!!) He ran over got her a glass of water immediately. Problem solved. He even checked back a few times to make sure she was OK! Class act that little guy.i hope he receives an award or a raise.. His hat pin said LIL TOM I believe. Anyway our dining experience was enhanced by his excellent customer service

I went through the drive through and ordered a spicy fish sandwich meal with a Dr Pepper and a double decker rueben meal with a shake. I recieved a classic fish sandwich, not spicy or crispy, the curly fries are never crispy enough, and a watered down Dr. Pepper. So diluted you could hardly taste the Dr. Pepper taste. The rueben was a bit mushy but ok. The fish was ok but not what I ordered, even if classic, should be a bit crispy. The wait was a bit too long but I didn't mind as long as my food was cooked right. The young girl at the drive through was very nice and I'm glad that I was nice to her because I found out that the lady behind me was very upset over the wait.
