I am not usually a Starbucks regular being an old school straight, black coffee fan. Nevertheless, Once in awhile I do like to slow my world down and enjoy something different. I made a quick stop at this location to treat myself to something a little different. I found the place busy yet the employees were both very busy and equally friendly. My order was correct and tasty! This location is kept ultra clean and well maintained. A little pricey but if want it cheaper then make it at home! As,Always Enjoy!

Incredibly rude and pompous service. One girl in particular, who always seems to be working when I shop, has talked down to me a couple of times when I go to order. Messed up my drink and gave me something totally opposite of what I ordered and gave me the biggest eye roll when I brought it back to be fixed. I get that you’re busy, but if I’m friendly and understanding towards you I expect the same back.

I come here every week when I do my grocery shopping. I stop and get Starbucks and Jasmine who I have not met yet, made my order, now the 3 kids got their order that were in front of me the last behind me got hers first and I am ok with this.
What bothers me and why I complained at customer service is this. Just because you got my order wrong and I didn't care I said I would take it you dump it out and make my order under a minute.

Overpriced coffee and drinks. I am not a frequent customer, typically when I'm with other people. I do like chocolate chip frappuccino with Almond milk. I do like that they have milk alternatives, which is better for me. A lot of the small coffee shops dont offer that.

These nice people work their butts off, like most Starbucks stores, but get paid the absurdly low wages of Kroger employees. The only place to sit is a filthy cafeteria, with a blasting loud TV. The store itself is run by sub-mental dullards, with no sense of courtesy or professionalism.
