Super fresh. Negi Toro is some of the best I have ever had. Natto is the good kind.
One Major minus is that is is freezing in there. I get a  cold every time I go. I asked last time for them to turn off the air conditioner, they did. They are friendly as well.
Uni is not the freshest. With Mitzuwa so close I am surprised the Uni is not better.
Okay selection could be better. But what they do have is super fresh.
Good price good value for the price you pay. They have a parking lot.
But bottom line it is so good we go out of our way to eat here!

Hachi is as good as it gets in NJ. My wife and I eat out 4x per week. Of these occasions, we have sushi twice a week, usually at either sushi of Gari in NY, HAMA, or at Nobu. While the sushi dishes at Hachi are more "mainstream" basics I must say that the freshness and taste of the sushi is no less appealing than that in restaurants in NY whose prices are three, four, 5 times the price here. Have a nice salad and try the Miso with clams. At most NY restaurants you may be blessed with 2-3 Manila Clams. Here the soup tastes like fresh Miso with clam broth and is loaded! The Uni is super fresh as is the Toro and Yellowtail. Maguro is nice and steak-like and their spicy scallop roll is to die for. Honestly considering the only nearby restaurants are a pizza joint and the Red Oak Diner for $125 two people can absolutely pig out with sushi as fresh as anywhere in NYC mid-week! Dont forget to BYO from the liquor store across the lot. This is a real awesome find for Fort Lee and blows away the wanna-be more trendy places in Englewood.

Had dinner here last night. We ordered a chicken hibachi meal and an eel avocado roll. The food took a while to come out but when it did we were surprised that the brown rice they serve is actually purple rice. We're Korean so we're used to it but I imagine most people would wonder why the rice was so dark. The food was good. I think the hibachi chicken was not salty which I liked. Some people may think it's bland. It would be good with some sriracha sauce. It was a bit noisy so if you're trying to take a date there, I don't recommend it. I did see some families there so it's perfect for families.

Amazing food I'm a vegan I would be able to get something that was a vegan option. they were able to put no eggs and it was just delicious so it was a quick bite but you know if you're trying to eat out for dinner too you can as well. they make delicious food and are very flexible with your meal restriction

We order takeout from this spot all the time, and it's even better fresh in person. Highly recommend the Manager's Special and the Chirashi. Manager's special gives you a little bit of everything - sushi, salad, udon, and tempura. All their sushi is very fresh and there are sometimes good specials that come through too. Their green tea ice cream is also a nice special treat at the end, and it's the legit kind. Mr. Lee, the head chef and owner has always been working behind the sushi counter in my memory. He knows us personally as regulars, and is very friendly as well - he'll give you the specials if you ask for them at the restaurant. The mall the restaurant is in is also very convenient: there's an H-mart and also a good liquor store right across that sells a good selection of Japanese beers and sake as well.

Chef Li is absolutely phenomenal! The price point makes complete sense when you’re considering the quality of fish and seafood you’re getting. I can not recommend the salmon and yellowtail nigiri enough, and the scallops and uni are staples that my family orders every single time. You would not find a better, higher quality sushi restaurant on this side of the Hudson. Trust me, I’ve tried.

Mr. Lee is the best. Freshest sushi with an acknowledging and welcoming smile on his face. It doesn't get any better!
