Shay has great customer service and loved the fact that she was making sure it was nice and clean. She was actively cleaning,sweeping, and taking orders that is good to see because it is not very often you see someone actually working hard and in a great mood. The food was good 👍 so I rang the bell 🤣 I never done that before, obviously you can tell I don't have Arby's in my area.
The waitresses here are rude. No other way to put it. This location needs to hire some new people. They made a big issue of me using the restroom where one of them is broken. No other customer in there except me. Anyway I’ve been several times and the food is pretty good for fast food. . What I came for is generally good. It would be 5 stars if it weren’t for the attitude of the waitresses
Aside from their roast beef, Arby's also has an array of other sandwiches, like turkey, chicken, and even fish, catering to different tastes. Some outlets maintain cleanliness and efficient service, while others might fall short in these aspects. I've never really been a fan, but this location was okay.
Nice, kinda hectic, but food was great for lunch.
I like the occasional 1/2 pound beef sandwich with cheddar sauce added. Curly fries are a must. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and restroom was really clean. Very good experience.
I first started coming here around Hurricane Ian, and I've been hooked. The level of customer service is very different from other places and klit kind of takes me back. ALL of the staff members speak to you courteously, they are respectful, patient and treat you like an actual paying customer. The only other place that is close enough for me to compare this superior service level is Chik Fil A. The food is usually consistent but I've had a handful of times where the fries were not crisp. Happens. But overall Excellent - the food is great and the prices are very reasonable.
Just a great Arby's location. The food was prepared with care and was fresh and delicious. I recommend the beef and cheddar with curly fries. The Reubens and shakes are also very good!
Excellent, had the load Italian real good. The curly fries, not a fan. A little on the bland side and definitely be needed at. My new favorite shake place in the chocolate shake be is delicious taste just like an old fashioned ice cream parlor shake.
Did the drive thru. Had the Beef and Cheddar. It was perfect. I haven't been to Arby's in a few years but will go back soon
Cold juice on the French dip , outside of that usually reliable lol just depends on who's working that day.
