Quick and efficient. The food was tasty and how can you go wrong for getting a six inch or 40 cents? Obviously you got to pay full price for the 12-in but still it's no brainer.
I want to give a shout out to the Miami Grill Crew Ashley,Yami,Chauncey. This is a great team they are so friendly from start to finish,taking the order, making sure the food taste amazing, and my number one favorite, making sure its clean.Ashley has great customer service,super attentive while taking our order. Yami making sure everything was good and if needed anything she assisted also. I know that in areas like this people are not super friendly well we are and when we recieve the same we love to make sure we let them know that their hard work is paying off you can't make everyone happy but they made us happy. Chauncey is a great cook because the food was absolutely amazing! I have a thing with bathrooms because a person needs to use it to wash their hands before they eat, and they had it smelling great, which is rear. Thank you all 😊
A nice place just wanted a light dinner wasn't too hungry but just wanted something light went with gyros sandwich very good staff polite friendly, helpful clean place once your food is ready they call out your number very east relaxed atmosphere
Manager and staff extremely friendly and professional. Very helpful and trying to help and do whatever they could and it took for us to enjoy our visit and we did.We we're from another county and tired. They helped with our trays and offered to do more if we needed without hesitation or being asked
Excellent!!! You can tell the manager runs this store like a top. The food is excellent, the store was spotless, and like my dad always said, "if the washroom is dirty, imagine what the kitchen looks like!" The washrooms were as clean as a high end restaurant. I was really impressed on all points.
Came to this location before this would be my second time and I haven’t been here in a while. Seen some of the reviews online in that scared me a little bit but I got a Philly cheesesteak no onion, just steak and cheese and I had a great experience the Philly cheesesteak was for him. I ask the ladies if they can make sure that the same way Chino had enough meat reviews, and the sandwich was full with meat I have no complaints because nothing is open right now and it is the holiday time. I had a great cashier she was very patient and understanding went above and beyond. I was very greatfull to have her as a cashier as I just left my grief appointment her kindness helped me especially with someone with anxiety. when I left I was looking for my earbud and she delivered it to me by the light also she gave me a bag for my shake and my soda. little things like that help a business grow. Never got her name. any way I got great customer service wish more people were like her we need more of that positive energy.
Was visiting my hometown decided to stop in and get food before getting on the road. Still taste just the way I remembered ...hot, delicious, and fresh. Cannot wait to visit again.
The Philly cheese steak is not that good but there wings are pretty good and the milkshakes are the best.
Haven't been to a Miami Subs in a long time. I had forgotten that they have a unique menu. A little of everything. Highly recommend.
