I was presently surprised with this sub shop. I got the cuban on an 8" roll, it was very good. It was very good. Place was very clean inside. Freshly cut meat in front of you. Bread was fresh and clean. I am definitely coming back here.
Monster Subs possess that subtle yet very present deli/sub sandwich shop. The look, the feel and the sub options, although basic at face value, the food is truly fulfilling and nutritious. Should you visit, I recommend trying the grilled Tuna melt on wheat with provolone cheese.

I was in the area looking for a quick lunch option when I came upon Monster Subs in the Gateway shopping center. According to a sign in the store this is a 21 year old family run business that takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients.
The shop doesn't have much in the way of aesthetics but it's clean with ample tables inside and out. I ordered the 6 inch Italian for $5. 75, with a drink and tax it came to $8 which is quite reasonable. They cut the meat fresh in front of you which is the way I prefer my sandwich. The bread was fresh and I found the sandwich to be tasty. Service was friendly. A Yelp check in well net you a free sample. This is great place to pick up a picnic lunch to take to the beach. I would stop in again if I was in the area.

I just had the classic Italian, it was the freshest sandwich that I have had in years. And not only that, but the women who run this place are attractive and kind, it is a pleasure to see them each time. They not only feed your tummy, but they feed your spirit as well, and that's just what you need!There is another sub place in the area, and it is hit or miss whether they will treat you with honor. The monster people really treat you like they are hungry for your business, like it would be such a great pleasure for them to see you again. You won't need to remind yourself to return.
This is a great little sub shop in the Gateway Shopping Center. I had a pressed Cuban sandwich, which was the special today. It was delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and I was offered a refill on my iced tea without my request. I recommend you stop in.
Best Italian Sub I've had! The meat actually had great flavor, the bread was fresh and delicious and the owner is great! He obviously takes great pride in his store and defines what good customer service should be.
Phenomenal local spot, locally owned. Great quality deli meat sliced fresh there for every sandwich. Welcoming and comforting. A must for those en route to the beach or just craving a good quality sub.
Excellent subs, fantastic meatball sandwich (best I've ever had), great atmosphere. Makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Next time I'm in town from Chicago again, I'll be back.
I love this place and I’ve been coming here regularly since I moved to Florida in 2004. If you’re looking for a good quality sub and you’re in the area, definitely check this place out! The Italian is delicious.
