A welcome respite for Chicago ex-pats and snowbirds. Also for those who just want good food. Not only is the food Chicago-awesome, the owners are hardworking, gracious Chicagoans. I came in pushing my friend in a wheelchair. Mrs. owner came around the counter to take his order and helped us get settled at a table outside. Great dining experience!
Best Hot dog I ever had.Better than Swedish Korv, better than Swiss bratwurst better than German dogs. Just out of the world! Thank you for your commitment to excellence!
Delicious hot dogs, heavenly theming, and Chicago-centric menu items. Tried the Chicago dog and the polish dog on this visit, both were excellent! The hot dogs/sausages themselves were very good quality, perfect texture. The other ingredients were tasty as well, very good quality.
Indoor seating is not available right now, not sure if that’s coming back. It’s all outdoor seating on their mostly covered patio or to go.
There’s a small parking lot in the back of the restaurant with a few normal spots and parallel parking options as well.
I love all the restaurant’s decor, with terrazzo style tables and lots of hand painted signs. Gives classic American restaurant vibes.
Quick stop for an easy lunch. We ordered polish sausage loaded, hot dogs for kids and fries. The fries were really good, hot and crispy. They were abundant and we could have honestly gotten two and split for 4 people. So many bagglers!! Polish sausage was cooked perfectly and loaded with huge chunks of onions (instead of diced) Pricing is a little tough but not widely unreasonable. No interior seating, only outside which as full when we arrived. Interior is full and a little cluttered but overall full of memories and pictures which we loved. Virtually no wait on food and friendly staff. Will def be back
Best hotdogs in south Florida! My favorite is probably the chili cheese dog. I have to get it every time.
I was told by a friend that I definitely red to try this place while I was visiting. The hot dogs are lilies high with toppings and man were they good.
The service was quick and the food was hot. This is somewhere you’ll need to try. Many different choices that should make anyone full.
Such tasty food this is a must try if you are in the area. I'm so happy we saw this place off the main road we did a u-turn and everything just to make sure we gave this place a try. I ordered the Chicago style hot dog my wife ordered the super Chicago style hot dog with cheese fries everything was amazing. 4 hours later and we still can't stop talking about it. So worth it!

Phenomenal little gem on sunrise Blvd, stopped in to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier. Staff is very friendly, recommended the chicago style super dog which is their specialty, it was absolutely delicious. Def swing by get yourself a hot dog when you’re in Ft Lauderdale. It’s worth it!
I've been going to this place for years. I sometimes go long stretches without being able to get over there based on where I'm working, but the consistency is always there when I make it back. Hands-down, the best hotdogs in the area. I the sausage sandwich is incredible. And the burgers are pretty good too. You really can't miss with this place.
This is the best hot dog place in the country. Try it out!!!
A landmark, still maintaining a good level of quality. Unfortunately, like everything else in the US, the price keeps going up every few months.

Been coming here since I was a child. The food is always amazing and super fresh. The fries are always perfectly crispy and golden. Be sure to try the chili dog! And definitely don’t miss out on Mrs.Heavenly’s brownies :)
