This place is amazing!! Everything I’ve tried here is delicious. Rates up there with the Boston North End restaurants that I love. The gnocchi melt in your mouth and the eggplant, ravioli and chicken parm all are great!! Love Chef Adriano, Lina and Athena!!
Fabulous dinner at Casa Calabria! The service was impeccable, ambience was delightful, the food was superb and to top it off, the chef made his presence at our table! Now, thats what I call, a remarkable welcoming!
I enjoyed the Linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare and Dan loved his Ravioli Lobster! If you're in the area, I highly recommend this Italian restaurant! I'd also like to say to all the other food & service establishments that you should take a lesson of graciousness and welcoming from this marvelous place! This restaurant was a highlight of our vacation!!!
An associate recommended coming here, and we are glad they did! The food was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C, the staff was incredible and the outdoor seating was devine!
We will be coming back every single time we are in town, without a doubt. Thank you Casa Calabria, great job!
We had a really great time here. Although we didn't eat, the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing.
The drinks were good but I would say they were quite small for the $18 price tag and the surrounding places we frequent are less pricey and noticeabley much larger. We get it though it's a hotel restaurant on the beach with live entertainment.
The bartenders were very friendly and attentive and the live music was fantastic.
We will absolutely be back
We had 2 dinners, different food each night. We went for the 2nd night, because the first meal was over the top amazing. Every dish is prepared at its finest, the staff is over the top amazing. Can’t really say enough browny points for this place! We also spent at evening at the piano bar…really amazing music…over the top fun! Highly recommend THIS PLACE!
From the moment I walked in I could tell this was a slice of Italy right on Galt Ocean Mile. The bar staff was friendly, prompt and professional, especially greeting "regulars".
I felt as though I was transformed back to Italy with tge rustic atmosphere- always a welcomed experience.
Whether you refer to my appetizer as "polpi" or "octopodi", the grilled octopus was phenomenal, flavor - filled with a slight crunch to the outside while being soft and taste bud awakening on the inside.
My twi glasses if wine (Pinot Grigio for the polpi and a Malbe with my eggplant were the perfect temperature and served in beautiful vessels.
Mellanzane is always a trepidation for me when ordering at a restaurant (outside my home) and I rank this lightly-breaded, sweet sauced and gooey mozzarella covered the second best I have ever enjoyed.
I doubt, highly, there is not a Parmigiana that exists better than mine, and - of course - made from my Mother's hand.
Never did I feel rushed nor neglected at this delightful Italian gem.
Hunter was top-notch and Leena is, well, perfect, personable and a joy!
Abbondanza!! DOUG
The Ravioli Riccota and Spinach Dish & Risotto Mar E Monti was outstanding 👌 definitely would come back to try other dishes in the future. It was my friend Paul's Birthday 🎂 took him out this chocolate cake was on point. Wines 🍷 here are so good 👍 I had the Pinot Noir shot out to our waiter Omar even though he is new he did his best to give us both a very great experience 😀
Casa Calabria, located inside Ocean Manor resort on the Galt Ocean Mile, is a gem of a true Italian Restaurant enjoyed by we loyal locals as well as tourists to our area. I strongly suggest you make reservations as it is always full, especially on a Saturday evening during high season. You can only valet park, and upon arrival, the hostess will validate your ticket, so only a tip is necessary for the valet. We enjoyed a delicious, beautifully prepared dinner out on the terrace with our ocean view. Giovanni was our waiter, classy, attentive, experienced and fun, he added greatly to our dining experience as we spoke in both Italian and English. Crusty, warm, heavenly rustic bread was served immediately. We started with the most tender and flavorful grilled octopus that brought me right back to the Amalfi Coast. The linguine frutti di mare was perfectly al dente, and the fish and shellfish were delicious. My risotto ai mare e monti was exceptional, with shrimp, mushrooms and a hint of truffle! We ended with tiramisu, but it was so good I dove in before snapping a photo! This is a “must do” dining experience if you are visiting Fort Lauderdale. Thank you, Lena, for confirming our reservation and ensuring we were happy on the terrace. I can assure you we were. Molto grazie a tutti con amore!
Good Italian food, had the lobster ravioli. Sat on the patio hoping for a view of the water, was mostly obstructed. Overall good spot.
Excellent food with many choices. Good drinks and super friendly bartenders. My friend and I chose to eat at the bar so we could catch some of the Hurricanes football game
The food here is great and affordable! Staff are kind and honest. Plus the seats are very comfortable. However it was a little tricky to find where it is. In a hotel. Once you’re in, you will be very impressed.
This place is amazing. I did a little research and wanted something a little different. Found this gem and they didn't dissapoint. The food was so tasty and fresh. The service was amazing. They treat you like royalty. I love that. If you are in town and don't mind leaving the beach front. Come try this place out.
