I took out my mother here for her birthday and it was amazing. Such a beautiful place and the staff was so friendly. We loved the live music as well. Our waiter was extremely professional and knew about every dish. We shared the grilled octopus to start. Then I had the petit filet with potatoes and my mother had the bouillabaisse. Just saying the food was delicious isn’t enough! Everything had magnificent freshness and flavor and we even had enough to take home. Their reputation is justly deserved and I highly recommend coming here for any occasion.
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and Sage Cafe did not disappoint. Great place, nice room, helpful friendly staff. Menu is amazing; the beet salad, and shrimp crepe great for starters. Our main courses were a succulent duck breast and flounder almondine. We should have shared a dessert because the sizes were rather large, but we loved the profiteroles and banana pudding. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced.
This place has very tasty food. The calamari was my favorite! Their sauce tasted just like a sauce my Italian grandma used to make. Very fresh! Server was really sweet. This place has a special during the week that is to take advantage of. Great selection of wines. Plenty of parking.
Sage offers very decent French dining. The food is fairly consistent offering everything from lamb shank to scallops. The crispy duck is also consistent and generally tasty.
I found the server staff to be pleasant and attentive, although I was there on a very quiet night. Sage has some wines that pair well with the food. With all the pizza, Italian, Thai and other options nearby this is a great place to immerse yourself in a French bistro in a nice atmosphere. The outside dining on a nice night is perfect.
Where to begin? Let's start with the home made pate. It's made of a combination of duck and chicken liver and it is absolutely delicious. Next was the grilled octopus. Grilled perfectly, this dish works well combining everything in one bite or just swirling the octopus in the oil by itself. Finished with the peppercorn filet mignon. The filet was grilled to a perfect medium tare and it was melt in your mouth delicious. The accompanying peppercorn sauce was fabulous. The veggies were great, however the roasted potatoes were nothing special. After all this food i was too full for dessert. Will definately be going back, and i do recommend you try.

The crepe christina was delicious! The chocolate mousse was unbelievable! I had a great time! Dessert special - Grand Marnier souffle was the best!

Good food and services for that price. Nice decorated atmosphere too. But if you are vegetarian you are out of luck there.
9 of us went there and all are satisfied with their meals except the vegetarian guy.
You need to dress a little better, no flip flop or tank top. Reserve a table if you have a big group just in case.
My favourite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale! The staff is top notch, friendly, and professional. I had the scallop special this time and it was delicious. Last time I had the duck which is my favorite item on the menu. Regardless of the meal you choose they are all delicious and plated beautifully. My compliments to the chef. Thank you for a great meal my whole family enjoyed our experience.
