Ice cream is good. Staff is AMAZING!! Nicest group of people I've met. You may be able to find equal quality ice cream elsewhere but these people will always get my money because they treat me like a friend. Go see Bill and ask him if he knows they have flavors other than vanilla. He will try to talk you into vanilla because it's his favorite!! Hilarious!!!
Amazing fudge! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Try the mint chocolate chip! Also love the dark chocolate covered rice crispie treats.
Came here in November 2022 and completely forgot to give this place a review! I had a great experience, and Richard was so awesome!! It was my first time visiting a Kilwins and did not know what to expect. Richard was kind enough to provide samples and suggestions on what to get. I ended up buying a pecan caramel apple, and it was everything I wanted and more! Perfect amount of pecan and caramel. The apple was not too hard to eat especially since Richard cut the apple for me. The apple had a slight sour/tart taste to it which balanced out the sweetness from the caramel. I loved it! What a great first experience!! I hope Richard is still there because I know he gives great customer service!!
Stopped in for a little ice cream and did not regret it. Ice cream was delicious the waffle bowl was ever better I could have eaten just the waffle bowl by itself. Also got a few chocolate covered pretzels and they were yummy.
My favorite ice cream on the island. Went in for an espresso, walked out with a scoop of their Turtle and was so happy. As a chocolate lover, it hit all the right notes. And as a turtle, somehow every bite had the perfect balance of chocolate and caramel, with the occasional pecan. Went back today and had the salted caramel chocolate ice cream, similar experience except they have pieces of their salted caramel chocolates in the ice cream. I wish I could have tried every flavor. Another note, their ice cream has a great consistency. A couple other places I went to had ice crystals from when their ice cream melted and refroze, but the Kilwin's I had did not have that problem. They also have chocolate and other candies which I, unfortunately, did not get to try. The espresso was also good.
Quintessential ice cream and candy shop. Large variety of wonderful ice cream. They make their own waffle cones and it smells great! Lots of beautiful handmade chocolate candies and fudge that are delicious! Always tends to have the coolest air conditioning on Duval! Can't go wrong, always one of our most stops when we have guests or if we are hungry for something sweet. And, a local discount! Love this place and all the sweet treats inside.
Kilwin's is our favorite fudge and ice cream shop. Especially when we are on a road trip. So we made a stop here in Key West.
We got the milk chocolate with walnuts, the white chocolate with walnuts and the plain milk chocolate. My daughter wanted a Caramel Apple also since Halloween is so close. Delicious!
Kilwin's makes the best fudge anywhere! Glad there are Kilwin's in almost every city or town in Florida.

Long time since I tasted such a delicious rum raisin ice cream. Don't be afraid to try the anything because everything is amazingly delicious in this place!

Now that it's under new ownership, it is far far more superior. The ice cream tastes fabulous! The chocolates are the best I've ever had and the service and staff are absolutely amazing!! I can't say enough about this establishment enjoyed by all the locals! It's very clean and inviting as well! Thank you Dee Dee!!
