Generally a long line but don't fear, they are amazing at moving the line. I drive 20 miles for this a couple times a week. Spicy chicken and Mac and cheese is my go to but their soup and grill nuggets are amazing as well. I have Never had anything I didn't really enjoy there! And they staff at all the locations are AMAZING! Can't like them enough.

The service at this Chick-fil-A has to be beyond their standards. They are great!!!! Sydney and everyone here are always very nice. This should not get called a fast food restaurant !! Of course, my girlfriend and I love the food as well !!

Lunch on a Saturday, with line backed to the road only took less than 10 minutes from the time we got in line until we had our food. This manager/ owner knows how to keep customers happy! Highly recommend!!!

The people are obserdly nice. The line always moves super fast and the curbside pick up is always very punctual and correct. The place is always clean and the condiments area is always well stocked.

Our first experience!! 🙂 I had the fried deluxe, waffle cut fries, and a chocolate MILK shake; whilst, my lovely wife had 4pc chicken strips, waffle fries, and a peach milk shake (hand-turned, whipped cream & a cherry on top). Wife liked the fries, me...not so much 🙃 I think next time I'll get the salad, or fruit cup, or one of the other healthier choices available (possible up charge)😎 my chicken "patty" seemed to be breast meat breaded and fried in peanut oil...excellent touch of class. Really classy with sincere crew/met. It all started cuz of a TV commercial, then downloaded the app, everything was exactly as the app read...seamless from start to finish 😁😄😃🙂

I have never had a problem with this location until this morning. I placed an inline breakfast order @10:20. I live less then 5 minutes from this location. I finally got up to the speaker box and the girl tells me: "Sorry we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30." I was in line before 10:30.
Very disappointed. Now I have an upset 10yr old and 1yr old who were looking forward to their Chick-fil-A breakfast. There should be a cut off before 10:30 for breakfast orders if you aren't gone to fulfill an online order that was placed well before 10:30.
My family and I will be heading to the other location in Florence,KY from now on
