Yes, the mall system is dying. It’s sad to see so many stores close their doors. But Florence Mall deserves recognition for their outstanding cleanliness. And in the middle of a pandemic! I always see the cleaning cart roll by. And several employees constantly wiping down tables in the food court. I felt safe and clean enough to sit and eat. Thank you to those employees working hard to keep it clean. You are appreciated!

Florence Mall is awesome! My six favorite stores, 3 awesome kiosks, and of course the food court! People say malls are losing ground, but I think that would be a huge mistake...so easy to park, and be out if the elements while shopping. I love love to shop at Flornece Mall!

Circus in parking lot. I'm not commenting on the parking lot. We actually attended a circus in a giant tent set up in the parking lot!

Interesting. Better than some malls. It still has a lot of stores out of business. Not enticing to shop there. Gave me the creeps at mid morning. Escalators were having problems. A lot of main lighting was off. Stores weren't open. Just couldn't find the hours of operation. Yikes. Online shopping is my best friend.

The mall isn't what it used to be but most are not now days. Many stores were closed but the few that were we enjoyed shopping in. I would of rated the mall better if more shops were open. I did find good deals for the. Holidays though . Friendly employees and very clean.

Pretty decent for a smaller town mall. Location is excellent being near the movie theatre and countless restaurants. Shops have began to go down hill or even be replaced with (in my opinion) lower quality stores. However, most of that is likely due to COVID. The food court leaves some to be desired but has an average variety in choices. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. Overall it definitely has room for improvement but it’s not bad at all for what it is.
