The Pie Factory

Three of us decided to visit tonight before enjoying First Friday. We arrived early to miss the crowd and were seated quickly. That's when things went downhill. After sitting for more than 20 minutes (remember, this is a non-busy time!), we had to flag down the hostess to have a server come to our table. Our server managed to get our drink order wrong, and then I decided to clarify that she got the food order correct - nope. Finally, having straightened everything out, it seemed things would start to smooth out. Wrong. We ordered a pizza and a low-carb bowl; the pizza came out, but I had to wait another 20 minutes for the bowl to arrive. Talk about disappointed! Reference the pictures... The bowl in the advertisement was filled much more than what I received, and there was no sauce or oil on mine, so it was extremely dry. I really appreciate the thought behind having a low-carb alternative, but if this is what is offered, don't bother! The only reason this is 3 stars and not lower is because we have been here before and had a much better experience.

Excellent service and excellent food. Held my granddaughter 13 birthday there last night around 50 people joined us plus they had their regular customers, they never missed a beat. They were prepared, friendly and made the party a huge success. All the staff pitched in to help with the party even the manager Kevin but the two hero’s were Megan and Brittany, thanks ladies for your wonderful service
