Good food. But definitely not freaky fast. More like extremely slow. Also ordered a party box and they refused to make it. Would not recommend this Jimmy John's location.

It’s currently 6:05 PM and the store isn’t supposed to close until 9 PM. I drove up to the drive thru and no one said anything. I called the store and no one answered. I drive up to the storefront and saw 2 employees sitting inside. Although they both saw me drive up, neither initially acknowledged me. I had to knock on the door and through the locked door, they said they were closed. It’s unprofessional to not have updates business hours. I recommend changing them to avoid angry customers. As a chain business, I am disappointed.

Store online says closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:15pm to them not acknowledging us in the drive thru. Went up to drive through window, they saw us and hollered something and threw trash cans up in front of drive through window. Just rude and closing early with no explanation as to why!!!

Had an online order placed, stated they closed at 8pm I believe. Got there at 630, the one worker looked at me through the drive thru window and walked away. I went to the board to talk to them through the speaker, no answer, went back to the window where they had a trash can on the counter (which was so disgusting and dirty) and finally the SAME KID came over and told me they were closed. I see this is a pattern. Shame

The outside board was fogged and I could not read it. I was told by employee that she could walk me through. I needed a certain calorie count and could not see it, I was told they were about to close but to drive up and get a chart. Obviously, there was not one handy. Employee was on her phone and searching all over for “chart”. Other employees were laughing as she obviously complained. I drove off and called back to let them know I didn’t appreciate the service. They were not closing for another 35 minutes. She said she was trying to take a picture of the menu, but phone was to her ear. I told her I would be calling manager. She proceeded to yell and curse at me. I have contacted corporate offices. I will never eat at Jimmy Johns again.

It's been a while since we have been here, and it was great. Had the #9 with the pickle. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone. The price was for 2 people. Not expensive to eat here for lunch.

Unless new hours, store is closed before nine. Believes the store to be closed because no lights are on, no one answers the phone and the parking lot is empty. This has happened numerous times. It is as if Jimmy Johns does not want customers after eight.

Subs are good, a little on the dry side at times. Staff is friendly. I do feel like the drive thru worker should have had on a mask.
