Smashburger

I don't like to give a 1 star review but this particular spot sort of leaves me no choice... Ordered chicken avocado club. Got the burger instead. Understandable because the menu items have similar names but a bit frustrating. Service was exceptionally slow, and it appears that the staff are currently undergoing some sort of mutiny right now... All of the staff were very angry and complaining in the back. Pretty interesting watching some of the customers ask for a new meal because not cooked very well in the 5 minutes I've spent writing this review. The burger was pretty good, but not cooked very well. The smash fries were pretty good, but a little greasy. If you are in a hurry at the airport, I'd recommend not stopping here.

Been here a couple times now, really disappointed with the attitude of employees. Just rude for no reason at all, it’s bizarre to me to see. They just put in touchscreens to order from so you’d think they couldn’t get orders wrong but they still manage it. Instead of taking the orders of those who would rather speak to an employee, they direct them to the touchscreens so the employees can just spend more time loafing. They were out of avocado but I was still able to order it via the touchscreen. To get your order without avocado after you paid more for it is extremely frustrating. Edit: I keep coming back here because I’m a glutton for punishment, apparently. The experience hasn’t improved and this time they were out of lettuce. What’s next, out of buns?
