This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had at Olive Garden. First we had to wait for half an hour, but that was OK. Next we ordered our meals and were told there would be a further wait due to the kitchen was backed up. Ok that was alright but.... No salad or bread sticks until AFTER our entre arrived and then we had to ask twice.... Finally the salad had HUGE chunks of onion. I love red onions but they were HUGE.....

The service was very good and friendly but the food was so so, the salad was tired and not fresh and the cook was very cheap on the sauce in both pastas.

Staff remember you when you go there. That's nice! All the staff are always ready to get you whatever you want or need, even if it's not their table.
The food is always so fresh. I am particularly fond of the Salmon. I always order the Salmon, it's cooked to perfection. I wish I could cook like that!
Mozzarella sticks are fantastic. Chicken Parmesan is always fantastic.
I love the atmosphere there, calm, serene, just a lovely place to dine in. Carry out food is great too, when you're in a rush.

Jason was the best waiter I have ever had in my life. He was attentive, genuine, friendly, smiling and very busy. The food was excellent with a hearty proportion for a fair price and a very short wait time for it.

We went to the Olive Garden across from Magnolia Mall in Florence SC. Our food was good and our waitress was very polite. I used my debit card to check out and marked no tip because we left cash money on the table. The machine did not give me my receipt, but I had the one she put on the table so I thought I was good. I got my bank statement and it had taken out $9.80 gratuity, so we tipped twice!! Who can pay a tip half as much as the bill almost?
