One of the most amazing experiences of my life. Scott is an absolute genius in the kitchen. My salmon came out perfect! Being a master chef myself I must confess, I have met my equal! Great atmosphere, wonderful staff.

The bayview is kinda expensive but the staff is excellent the ambiance is tranquil and the view is gorgeous. Happy hour is 2 dollars off most things.

Our waitress last night was absolutely amazing! We can in with a baby and my husband and I forgot to bring warm water for our baby bottle and we didn't even have to ask, she asked us as soon as she took our drink order! I've never had a waitress be so kind and on top of her game, I would go back in a heart beat. Not only was the service 5 stars but so is their food!!

Lisa & Scott are managing one of the best kept dining secrets in Florence! The food was AMAZING, the view was gorgeous, and the service by Greg was wonderful! Our family ordered the Ahi appetizer, the parmesan chicken, the cod fish & chips, the Tucson Salad, and the steak with prawns......every dish was unique and delicious! Locals & tourists will not be disappointed with Bay View Restaurant!

The food is fabulous and the service very friendly. The chef prepares meals with savory flavors that you have to try. The servers were very friendly, and the view from the dining area, overlooking the Suislaw River bridge is spectacular.

Food was amazing. Great flavor and presentation. Prices vary reasonable especially when considering the wonderful food.
Peruvian teardrop peppers as a garnish was a nice touch!

This was one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. Excellent clam chowder but the garlic soup was so delicious. Crab stuffed halibut with asparagus with bearnaise sauce. Magazine worthy reviews. I had the prawns alfredo and it was so tasteful. Finished off with the creme brulee and Wow!!!!Once again expectations were surpassed. This resta6is in the lobby of a best western. Not something youd expect from a hotel restaurant. sometimes that can be iffy. I'm here to tell you, you won't be disappointed

Food was absolutely amazing, my wife and I got the new York strip, and Salmon. Andrea was our waitress she's did an amazing job, very friendly, and a very friendly environment. Views are great as well. Highly recommend The Bay View Bistro for anyone wanting a good fancy dinner In Florence, Oregon.

We came for your Thanksgiving buffet and were quite pleased. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very comfortable and pleasant, with music playing at an appropriate volume and genre. The sweet potatoes were the best I have ever had. My Mom passed away in August and your oyster stuffing rivaled hers and brought her closer this first holiday without her. Thank you all for a lovely evening!
