Love to go to Sonic for fast food experience. Usually the food is great. Recently when we went there to order food and get it to go it was not a good experience. They were busy but not horribly busy. The person taking the order spoke so fast that we had to ask her three times to tell us what she was saying. She seemed to be getting as frustrated with us as we were with her. Usually I have a high tolerance level but I was not a happy person when I left there. Unfortunately, when we got home and took our food out of the bag to eat, my food had been cooked in old oil and was burnt! The other person ordered a burger and it was cold. Just to let you know how forgiving I am of people, I really was hoping that the reason we couldn’t understand the person taking the order was because that person was wearing a mask. Oh, she had on a mask, under her chin! Come on people; if you can’t do anything else right, at least WEAR THE MASK!

Got the jumbo chicken popcorn chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce. Should say DROWNED in sauce. Just look at the picture and you will see what I'm talking about. Disgusting.

On our way up to Pigeon Forge, we stopped at the Sonic in Florence today. I use the app to order breakfast for my lovely bride and me. I inadvertently put an incorrect timing on the delivery time. From the app I phoned the restaurant, and spoke with Carmen. She was very helpful and delightful during the call. Carmen said that my meal would be ready as instructed at the time I specified. She also instructed me to come to the drive-through to let her know when we arrived. The meal was fantastic. The service excellent. Thank you very much Carmen for your excellent service and wonderful meal.

Food is always good. Very hit or miss on whether you get good customer service. There is one girl that works the drive thru, she absolutely will not leave the window to help her coworkers speed up the process. Nope, she just leans on the counter playing with her phone. She's excellent and absolutely deserves a promotion to customer.

I haven't been to a Sonic in year's and decided to go today. Still a good variety of food and beverages. Reasonably good prices. Great happy hour deal's between 2-4pm. I got the pickle slushies just to try it lol. But we didn't have to wait long for our food, the staff was friendly.

This was the first time to this Sonic on Palmetto st. The #9 Grill chicken with potatoe tots was AWESOME with a large tea was on point! Worth every bite! The service was so pleasant moved quick in the evening!
