Lucky's Deli

This was a terrible place. Awful food and service. Girl who took our order didn’t even speak to us, and the cashier was just rude. The food was disgusting, the cheeseburger was dry and didn’t even taste like beef. The Mac and cheese was pretty much just black from all the pepper they put in it. Really expensive for terrible ‘food’. We had to go get food elsewhere because we couldn’t eat what we got. Establishment was not clean either.

Train your people how to do their job! Tried to use a coupon on a pack of cigarettes which I do all the time! Cashier says ‘I don’t know how to do that?’ Doesn’t try to ask anyone else or call the boss for directions! So lost that coupon cause once you activate it you can’t use it again. Not to mention this is the cashier that was spaced out (like high) and sleeping at the register. This place is a joke!

I called ahead and was told 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes in the store. They left some of my order off and messed up the rest. My chicken livers were cooked to death, no potato logs at all, biscuits were so hard, my mom's burger was ordered with mayo, ketchup and lettuce only. It was covered in mustard which she hates. Needless to say that everything was thrown into one big box and we had no dinner that evening. I called to issue a complaint and waited 10 minutes before I hung up. Tried calling next morning and was told they were too busy to talk to me. Call back later. Terrible food and service. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.
