Panera Bread

I give 4 stars because I wasn't the one to go into the facility to look but I'd give the service 3 stars. We ordered pickup online and when we got there, my boyfriend said no one was up front helping but the orders were there on the pickup rack. We ordered/paid for a cookie and they just put a sad face on our receipt saying "sold out" instead of someone offering a replacement. We also didn't receive our drinks as there were no cups. So, we paid for more than what we got. The items we did get tasted great !

Over all my experience here was ok the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the salad isn’t fresh and it’s also not the one that I wanted from the picture I saw. Our soup was great my daughter got the broccoli cheese and I got French onion we also got a steak and white sandwich I liked it my daughter didn’t. The young lady at the register had only been working for 2 days she was very sweet and friendly and went above and beyond to help answer my question keep up the great job because we need more people like that in customer service. The assistant manager was also friendly and helpful.I got a refund on the salad and they were very helpful on doing so. They also need to get their drink machine fixed. Over all the restaurant is clean
