Smoothie King

Can't say enough about the smoothies at Smoothie King. They are the best I've ever had. The only problem is, u can't go inside because it's drive thru only and the line of cars literally wraps around the building with insane wait times. If I didn't love the smoothies they make so much, I would bypass the line. BUT BEST SMOOTHIES EVER

I was thrilled to be able to have a smoothie delivered to my house. Time after time, why are the smoothies so bad? The one I like has Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and chocolate. Why so much chocolate? You’re going to give someone kidney failure with all that chocolate flavoring. It tastes better if you follow the correct proportions with the ingredients set up by corporate. Also, maybe that’s why you run out of ingredients. You’re not fooling anyone trying to overcompensate with ingredients you have more of. I gave another one a try and it was bitter, not good. Overdoing it with ice makes it tasteless. Stop wasting my money!

I visit this location often, because of the drive thru. On this day, drive thru was long and I decided to go inside. Very unpleasant young lady with curly ponytail took my order. Customer service is VERY much needed at this location. Unfriendly young ladies. Maybe, the owner should send in a mystery shopper and he’ll see for himself. I think I’ll just go out of my way next time to another location.

Placed an order at 7:15 scheduled for pickup at 7:45. Got to the store at 7:40. Store hours sign said the drive thru is open until 9 PM but the inside closes 1 hour before at 8 PM. The doors were already locked. Got back in my vehicle and sat in the drive thru for 20 min. Got my order at 8. Asked why the inside was closed 20 min earlier than the sign said. I was told it was because they were short staffed. I saw 4 people working behind the counter and one sitting at the table in front of the counter on her phone when I arrived. I saw the same 4 behind the counter and 1 at the table on her phone when I left.

This place has to be the worst of all smoothie kings I’ve ever visited I must say when the owner is working things seem to be operating properly, However the staff have——— horrible customer service.The worst BLACKED OWNED smoothie king in Fayetteville!!!! The drive-through to window or speaker box whatever you wanna call it is horrible once you pull upto place your order sometimes doesn’t allow the employees to know your waiting .I waited for over 15 minutes just to get to the window and was told you have to order at the window you just left from which, did not alert them that I was sitting there the whole time The employee Understood this information when I got to the window as I told her I’d been waiting there but didn’t hear anyone say hello I proceeded to the next window. The employee then rolled her eyes and sent the manager to the window. The manager spoke with a ATTITUDE Just to tell me I would still have to circle back around to place the order she would not take my order at the window.I hate this place. DONT NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!
