Zaxby's

I've only been to Zaxby's a few times and had only ordered the 'Wings and Things'. I visited the drive thru at approximately 9:45. (unaware that they closed at 10pm) The menu lights were turned off so I ordered the usual as I couldn't see the menu. I was told no boneless or bone-in chicken was available. I told the young lady that I had only been to Zaxby's a few times and couldn't see the menu because the light had been turned off. She said Ma'am we close in 9 minutes. I asked could she recommended something and she told me I could get a sandwich or salad. I asked about chicken tenders and she said that that was available. She rambled some other stuff about fries, toast and a drink. I then rambled yes, no, I'm unsure, sweet tea, and Dr. Pepper. She said will that complete your order. I said yes and drove off. I guess someone in one of the 5 or more cars behind me received my order. I pay for customer service not service with an attitude. If you're open til 10... be open til 10.

Terrible….. They only give 50% off meals that THEY messed up, if it’s not “the same day”. The GM really didn’t seem to care that my food had been made incorrectly. She tried to blame it on the “quality of the chicken”. I never complained about the quality, I complained because it was COLD when I specifically asked for “fresh grilled chicken”. That has nothing to do with the quality of the meat. Zaxby’s is not the same at all 😔 My first ever job and I’m watching them fail.

The salad wasn't that great and it was my first time trying it. Fried mushrooms were delicious. The mozzarella balls not so good, taste fake. Customer service was amazing. However, the young lady was servicing drive thru and front counter. She was very nice and patient with us. Exceptional customer service! *UPDATE: June 8, 2021 My hubby and I waited drive thru for over 20 minutes just to receive a want to be Popeyes chicken Sandwich. I had high hopes and was disappointed. Hardly no sauce on our 3 Sandwiches and my sandwich no pickles 😒. We received a small amount of fries and the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches were not spicy at all. The only thing that was delicious were the fried pickles. The fried pickles were so delicious. So with my previous review and Updated review, I'm giving them 2 stars. I spent over $30.00, but it was a lesson learned. Only order the fried pickles 😋

This is by far the WORST Zaxby’s I’ve ever had. The first time doing drive thru the second time today on DoorDash! The tenders are cold, hard and old. The fries are under cooked old and dry, not seasoned at at. The toast and tea is good. Valid statements for Both times eating here. I didn’t think Zaxby’s could be gross until I encountered this location.
