Delivery time was short but how do you deliver an old dry burnt pizza. I live in Marietta and I will stick to the ones in my area cause this Papa John's was the worst. Make sure you check your pizza before the driver leaves.

Waited 45mins in the parking lot after placing the order over the phone. Jayden at drive through told us to park because it wasn't ready yet then decided to clock out before telling anybody else our pizza was ready at the drive through window. Only way we knew our order was ready was because four other cars after us got their pizza.

I asked for extra garlic sauces and received only one. Do you honestly expect me to be able to experience my pizza at the caliber I was longing for??? I dreamed only of this moment for hours to dip and drench my fiery buffalo chicken pizza in the glorious oh so beautiful garlic sauce but no I can no longer do that! Thank you papa johns FOR RUINING MY LIFE!!! UTTERLY DISGUSTING!

Jalapeno poppers were inedible they were so burnt and hard. The pizza was hot but I wanted spicy garlic sauce and didn't get it....huge disappointment!

Just called in to make sure I selected the correct dipping sauce. I was told I couldn't change the sauce because the order has already been made. Then the irritated and highly bothered yt girl hung up on me WHILE I WAS STILL SPEAKING lol smh. I contacted my Uber driver to see if he could confirm, he says he got the food but was ignored when he tried to inquire about the sauces.

Will never order from this location again. I thought customer service could not get any worse after dealing with the Griffin location... I was wrong Fayetteville is CONSIDERABLY worse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, there are plenty of other pizza places that would gladly take care of you.
