I had my Birthday party here with family and coworkers on 3/27. They did an amazing job, very accommodating to the potential of 20 people to attend. The staff were amazing. I definitely recommend this place for dinner, parties or just drinks. Will definitely be back.

This place in one of a kind! Has everything you need for a perfect outing no matter how big your crowd is or just a date night! Food is great, beers/drinks are awesome and staff is amazing! I’m from New England and will never miss a chance to stop by whenever I visit Arkansas!

Update: I also had purchased pit tickets for cherub before my rks experience, therefore I was able to go back and experienced an amazing time. The entrance for pit is now separate from GA, with VIP. Great improvements! Thanks JJs! We went to see rainbow kitten surprise and they were amazing, but it would have been great to be able to actually see them. The event was sold out, therefore very crowded. I was extremely disappointed that I paid quite a bit extra for our pit tickets to find out I had to shove my way to the pit. If I wanted to shove my way to the front I would have just bought a GA ticket, but I paid for a pit ticket because refuse to shove people out of my way to enjoy a show, therefore I was stuck in the very back and could not see the show. There needs to be a separate entrance/walk way. The venue itself is okay. The stage is not very high and the floor is not gradually elevated up towards the back, therefore good luck enjoying a show if you’re not 6+ foot. Also, there is a huge wall that hides the booths, therefore if you are to the back left of the stage you literally cannot see. I would recommend buying VIP or GA. Pit here is the biggest waste I’ve ever experienced at a venue. Overall, this venue has potential but I feel very ripped off.

Went here for the first time last night, the venue was fantastic and the sound quality was awesome! I have seen many bands at many venues and this one was easily the most comfortable! Puddle of Mudd were excellent and Open Addiction put in some solid tunes. The bathrooms were pretty clean and getting a drink was super easy! The fact I was able to see the band and have a great night without people treading on me and spending 7 years getting a drink (the amp) I was super pumped! Definitely a venue I want to come back to!! Glad we got there early, I thought the parking was a little limited but far better than London 🤣

We enjoyed Caamp! Was our first time to JJ’s Live. It was packed tight, so if you don’t like crowds you may not like a sold out concert. We might check out the upstairs next time. Seems like they’re still working on the flow during the rush to get everyone through security / ID check / ticketing. Bar lines were very long, but service was good.

I took my 11 year old son to his first concert at JJ’s live. After a smooth, well run check in, we got into the venue soon after the show started. It was easy to get around and the venue is well laid out. The crowd was amped. As expected, it was challenging for my son to see the stage as the opening band, Dashboard Confessional played, so we found a place near some elevated seated areas where he could stand on a ledge to better see the band. About 10 minutes into the show, an employee of JJ‘s tapped me on the shoulder to ask if we wanted to go to the VIP area. Pleasantly surprised, I said “Yes” and we headed upstairs to watch the show from the balcony with a great unobstructed view of the stage. The staff could not have been any nicer. Jody Thornton, the owner actually came up to visit with us twice and even brought my son a tour poster to make the night even more special. I know that they did not have to do any of that and I am humbled and appreciative for Jody and his staff making the night such a memorable experience for me and my son. Watching my son jam out to Dashboard Confessional and Jimmy Eat World was priceless. I look forward to attending many more shows at J.J.’s Live. What a great venue in Fayetteville to enjoy live music!

Great small venue. Went to see dashboard confessional with Jimmy eat world. Sound and stage was nicely done. Entry was set up well waiting to enter. Security was fast and had a set up to get in with three different stations. One was security, second was ticket, third was ID check. This sped the process up and was a good experience. Security and off duty police had a good presence that gave the impression the venue was secure and plans in place for emergencies. Pit/floor and GA spaces had a good set up and plenty of space for each size crowd. Upstairs you could get VIP tables that overlook the stage. I think this would be worth it if you had the tables/chairs on the side of the stage. The ones in front were a little further back but by no means bad distance. They had a great set up and staffing at the bars. I counted three inside and one outside so all members of the crowd were close to a bar and didn’t have to trek through too much crowd to reach a drink. However bathrooms were hard to get to from pit and did take more to get to and back from once crowds were in. I suggest to go before the crowd gets too big and don’t go after that if you can help it. Key is no salt on the margarita! 😉

First time to visit this venue, Better Than Ezra. Very helpful and courteous assistance from the parking attendant, entrance security, arm band women and staff inside. The only reason that this review is 4 instead of 5 is because it was our first time and you gotta have a second date to make sure right? Ours will be Oct 30 as we booked 6 tickets while standing in the Pit having a great time. Thanks for the night, been a couple of years for "date night"...and 'Ezra was awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

First time here. I was surprised at how big it was inside. We were on the floor area and we were able to see the band really good. Bad parts of the night: a fight broke out next to us. Security was brought up by the supposed instigator but they didn't separate them. One woman from the other party kept talking trash and doing stuff around the other party. Thankfully nothing else happened until the "instigator" girlfriend went to talk to the other party but the male from them started arguing. Almost broke out into another fight. Wish they would have been separated or removed from the venue. Other bad thing, stood for about 4hours. Seating areas are expensive!
