Bad customer service, the wait was questionably long for two hotdogs. I waited 35+ minutes in the car with my two children with no way to leave the line. The employees had no gloves or hair nets and they didn’t wash their hands every 15 minutes like stated in the sign. The fries were stale, my food had hair in it and looked like it was bitten into. Not recommend.

Excellent customer service!!! While my party only ordered fries, the service was stellar. Employees were quick, kind, and efficient. We were greeted upon arrival and they wished us a great day as well. The employees were young and they seem to value customer service. Any team would be proud of these two employees. This was a model experience. Thank you!

UPDATED BELOW: I went here 45 minutes before closing and the only thing they were serving was french fries and chicken nuggets. It's obvious that these people are completely lazy and just didn't want to serve anything else. Even if only the fryers were working they could serve chicken sandwiches. How ridiculously lazy do you have to be to only serve french fries and chicken nuggets. The manager should fire everyone on that shift. I'm including a picture of the person who told me that's all he would prepare. Update: 7\20\22 I was contacted in a reply here by the owner or whomever. Given a link to a website to make a more official complaint so someone could get back to me. And after taking the extra time out of my life to do so, what happened? I was ignored and never heard anything ever again. I wish I could give a lower rating. I guess the management or owners are just as lazy and uncaring as their employees. So it's all clear now where they get this bahavior. I haven't been back and never will. I suggest you don't go back either.

Tenders were so hard that I was unable to eat them. I never got my drink either. They took forever with the order only to mess it up. I attempted to call the store and the number is wrong. Kind lady (manager) at the checkers in Augusta says she has requested that the number mix up be corrected and still has not been done. I did not receive my receipt either. This is just sad. I was hoping for a tasty meal until my food got finished on this Easter Sunday.

Never ever have I experienced such rudeness at a drive thru. I wish I woulda got her name. Way too much to write. Just know we will never go there again. Even if it was free. Would love to personally talk to the owner. We've all had bad experiences at drive thrus before but nothing like this. That woman needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY!

I was privileged to enjoy some delicious burgers and fries 🍟 from this new franchise when it first opened years ago. The food and varieties of food are still delicious and fresh to this present day. When I desire a delicious tasty burger with delicious seasoned fries 🍟 I make checkers my first choice!
