Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered two pizza almost an hour ago from the papa johns online app. I checked the app to see status of delivery and it said another 28 min, I then called the store to find out the estimated time of delivery and the automated system said it would be here in 3 min. I didnt believe that so I decided to speak with the manager and find out from a live person what was really going on. She told me that my order was sitting there ready but it was being passed off to a door dash driver because they didnt have and papa johns drivers. I asked her why i was not notified of that and since when have deliveries been passed off to door dash?? I did ask her when I would receive my order she couldnt answer that and said that my door dash driver had just left the store. I dont recommend ordering thru the app with this store and probably not delivery either of anything just go pick it up, still haven’t received my food yet and it has been over an hour, I highly doubt my pizza is going to be hot. O and the manager said she couldn’t offer me any discount or any thing like that. After thinking more I don’t recommend the papa johns at all.. o and now I called the door dash driver to see where she is at and she told me she is trying to cancel my order because her car wont start. I better receive a refund now.

The PAPA JOHN ON ramsey street location is the most disgusting location in Fayetteville period, if it's not hair with your pizza it's cold, I have place many orders at that location because closest to my house but if I had options the REAFORD RD LOCATION ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL my order is never wrong and my food is always hot, i am never disappointed that ramsey location need to be close permanently

POOR Customer service since the new management I don’t know anybody that likes going here…… i Tried and order a pizza December 21 and I got hung up on by a male that use the F-bomb & he said he was the manager……. I called back and try to order again and a female hung up on me….. That day they also Were saying they ran out of though SMH….. I tell everyone not to go here….. it is very disappointing what this store has become. I don’t fell comfortable bring my kids here because I’m afraid of what they might do to the pizza and all of the vulgar language being used……. I filed a complaint so someone can clean up this situation and nobody have to go threw what I go threw dealing with the Ramsey st store❗️❌❗️❌ Ps. I filed a complaint December 21 and no one contacted me back yet December 27 I had it escalated and no one contacted me yet December 29 no one contacted me YET so I had it escalated again. I’ll keep everyone updated on how thing go Thank you loving community

Delivery times are sub par. My order did not arrive hot or warm, nor quickly. And they forgot all my sides and drink. A phone call to the store enabled them to think through how to get the remaining items out to my family home. Thank You for that at least, but hire more drivers so pizza comes in hot and timely. 80-90mins is a poor standard and on more than one occasion.

This place night crew is very untrained,some of the females have underwear showing and wearing no belts,they stand around while customers are in the store talking to each other and not being attentive to the customer, they lack customer service skills,going in and out the store talking to people in cars, customers leave out the store complaining about how long they have to wait for their order,no older adults in the store with these young people.
