I have NEVER seen this Moe's location this unkempt and untidy. It was just nasty.
It looked like they didn't try to wipe anything down all day long. They were out of red beans, out of the rice I like. The chicken was so dry and stuck to the edge of the pan, and the queso was runny like water. This crew of people were so unprofessional. I was standing in front of the counter waiting on someone to take my order. A guy said something to the effect of being right with me. I waited and waited. A lady came in behind me and they took her order right away. I then turned to the guy and asked, "Were you going to take my order?" He said,"oh no!" Just had me standing there. The customer was so kind and said to me, "Go ahead and place your order, I'm so sorry." I told her, it's not your fault. They should have been more attentive. There was only 1 person in front of me. There was no reason for the crew to be negligent. And they ALL need to wear gloves when handling food.My food was horrible. My service was horrible. I'm so disappointed with this Moe's.

The place was was clean. Now that we got the pros out the way. Everyone in here looked and acted as if they hated being at work this day. I don't expect A1 service from younger groups but they were a little rude. I should've gone to Chipotle.

The girl at the register today has EXTREMELY poor customer service skills. She's very unprofessional and isn't suitable to be at the front. I asked her multiple times about my order before I got a manager involved. I finally received my order. She obviously doesn't want to work, so she needs to clock out and regroup with her nasty disgusting attitude.

Store says it closes at 8pm. Funny how when you drive up there at 6pm nobody is there and the store is closed with no explanation at all. Amazing how the employees take it upon themselves to leave early 2 hours ahead of schedule especially when it’s not a holiday. This is what you call bad customer service since you can’t depend on this place to be consistent with the closing times they advertise.

I love Moes, the food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly, they have a few new cashiers whose attitudes are less welcoming, I would hope that this will be corrected before you start to lose customers. I understand that the pandemic has made attaining good staff challenging but I don’t like spending money when I don’t feel welcomed, I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Idk who owns this one but hey!!! Your crew is horrible!!! The attitude is I don’t wanna work! And it shows thru food preparation, interaction and whole process. God forbids you online or door dash so you don’t have to deal with their attitude because you will not get the correct order EVER. I hate to have to drive for better service but looks like I will have to because I love Moe’s food. It’s not right to have to do that because your team sucks. Customer service matters. I’ve never had a bad word with them so please don’t try n mark me off as an irate customer. Not asking for 24/7 smiles either but please be polite. Maybe put ppl who at least like their job in the front. Just horrible all the time!!!!
