Return consistency UPDATE: 6/4/22 Just left from picking up my order (Order # 114200051709) and was disappointed. My mouth was fixed for my loaded baked potato that was clearly on my receipt but it was not there! Instead I received cold fries for both orders. Order was said to be ready @ 8:10 pm, I arrived at 8:15 pm and received my food at about 8:25. Highly disappointing- I guess I’ll have to leave them alone for a while. On the upside: the burger was decent but the bacon was extremely salty! Love Longhorn! The curbside pickup is always full which makes for an interesting parking experience. However, the food is always good and the staff was prompt.

The waitress give us excellent customer service however, I asked for a well done steak ( I specifically asked it be very well done.) I had to send it back bloody and when it came back it still had pink inside. I asked for the manager and after viewing my steak she took 10 percent off my bill. I couldn't eat the steak and didn't want to send it back again so I was left with just a potato for dinner.

The best curbside appealing view for a restaurant in the area. The wait time was limited to be seated. The environment of the was outstanding. The redesign of the decor caught my eye. I continued to look around during the time I eat. I stages of food was released to me in excellent condition and on remarkable time. I have recommended out back steakhouse to my friends and family. I mentioned to them to enjoy the everything that is new and fresh feeling.

The Fayetteville longhorn has always been my favorite! For the last few visits I have been highly disappointed with cleanliness of this establishment. You can see half Eaten food and glasses are left on tables. I ask for a coke and both times it came out flat and the glass was dirty. I understand every where is short staff, but something has to change.

Rating is due primarily to our waitress Erica, whose pleasant and attentive demeanor throughout made our experience enjoyable. In the present dining out environment we are willing to overlook certain items because we know the nature of the foodservice industry and how hard so many people are working within it nowadays. Nevertheless, attention was needed outside the front door, in the lobby, and at the hostess stand - where the trashcan was overflowing and needed emptying, and trash was strewn about. These items were promptly brought to the attention of the hostess as we entered. We did not wait long for our food, and enjoyed a decent meal overall.
