Pizza Hut

(See second paragraph for previous review.) The ingredients are great and the orders are consistently correct. If you order delivery, you may end up with a soggy middle of the pizza, but going carryout seems to remedy this issue. If there is an issue, their response in fixing it (in my experience) has been good and swift. Previous 2-star review: The ingredients are great and the orders are consistently correct, but the last few orders from here, my pizza has been quite undercooked. This last one was so undercooked that my dough in the middle was simply raw. I am currently pan-frying my delivered pizza to correct the problem and make it edible. Want to rate higher as they do get so many things right, but I don't think it's asking too much to have my dough at least cooked.

Went inside and placed an order for carry out. There is no obvious menu or pizza prices displayed, I saw after that they do have small menus folded up to the side. Ordered a medium one-topping pizza and paid over $13 which seemed really high to me. I should have said something. While waiting I got online and looked up their deals, and was very annoyed because I easily could have gotten twice as much food for the money and he didn’t tell me about the deals at all. Most places will encourage you to upsize or get a second pizza for a better deal. If you are willing to spend your money here do your homework online first and be ready to order so they aren’t impatient with you.

The last two times have been terrible. Called on Christmas Eve and asked if dine in was open. They said yes. Showed up 2 min later and they said they were closed. Tonight we went back, got there at 7:30. They don’t close till 10. The manager told the waitress he didn’t want any more dine ins, but they could make us a pizza to take home. Left and went to the school ave one again and they are great every dang time. Won’t ever go back here and only to the school ave

I have never had a worse ordering experience. I placed an order online. The manager calls me and says they are out of the item I am wanting which is not a problem. I was told my order would be canceled and I could make a new one. Did not tell me that they closed in the next 5 minutes so I was not able to complete a new order. The location would not answer the phone after multiple calls. Your “support team” was very rude and sighed when I asked for the location number in case I got it wrong. I still have not received my refund. Dominos will continue receiving my business

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Worst Delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. They went to the wrong address when I told them multiple times they went to the wrong place the driver argued with me multiple times. Finally got food late and cold. The driver failed to bring the sauces that came with the order. I called management to discuss this and they promised to deliver the sauce. 45 min later it was delivered by the same driver who stated he didn't appreciate me calling to complain and that his manager knew he wasn't rude to us. He stated that we were just calling to try and get free food.We never requested extra cheese sticks and received them anyways. Excuse me but last time I checked marinara sauce comes with cheese sticks and we ordered two orders and received none due the drivers incompetence to check the orders he delivers. He also stated that next time we should just order from Dominos. I called and spoke to the manager a second time that day and she was no help in assisting us with our issues and continued to defend the driver and demeanor. She then finally stated she would "talk to him." Before I became a nurse I worked in the food industry and I would absolutely never speak or act like that towards anyone. I will not be wasting my money anymore with this business.
