Lucky me to locate this gem of a restaurant on this side of town. Best authentic Ethiopian cuisine available in Fayetteville. Guest are greeted with friendly, prompt customer service. Pricing is reasonable for portions provided. Good spot for my lunch crowd.

Mulu's is a wonderful place to eat. The food is excellent, and Mulu, the owner, is a gem to our community. The buffet is delicious and a great price! You need to experience the quality and flavor of Ethiopian food, and enjoy a chat with Mulu... her charisma and kindness are a breath of fresh air.

Wonderful dinner for our first visit to an Ethiopian restaurant. I really enjoyed the Mango Berry fresh fruit drink, super fresh fruity taste and delicious. Vegetable and chicken Samosas were outstanding! All the food was delicious, great flavor and value. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check them out for a little something different!

Overall it was an ok dining experience, the restaurant was clean and quiet. I've been to other Ethiopian restaurants before so it's hard not to compare the experience and the food. I felt that the food portion was small, but the food was tasty, I had the Doro Wat and Bozena Shiro. We also tried the honey wine and Ethiopian coffee. I will go to this place again, they offer a lunch buffet and I want to see how that works.

I absolutely love Ethiopian food and was really excited to find this location close to home. I finally decide to stop in today being that they have a buffet Monday through Friday until 3. The buffet is a great price at $8.99 and they have quite a few items on the menu. For example, they have shiro, Doro Wot and many other great items. Also, the injera is made there. That is definitely a plus. I was informed that the meat changes daily but they have the same vegetables daily. The food is made to order, so be prepared to wait or either call the food in ahead of time. They also utilize GrubHub and some other food delivery services. The staff is very friendly. I definitely plan to return.

I went here a couple of months ago, so I am a bit late with my review; however, I was quite impressed and I’m rarely impressed. I had a traditional Ethiopian dish, Doro Wat, and I enjoyed it. The owners and staff were friendly but that’s a minimum in today’s competitive restaurant business. I do try to distinguish friendly as a business aspect to authentic, whereas you almost feel like extended family. I felt the ladder of the two which made my eating experience more pleasurable. I recommend Mulu’s Ethiopian Kitchen to those who want to expand their palate and taste some delicious and well prepared food versus pre-packaged mass produced fast food. I not putting fast food down but there’s only so much heavily processed food one can healthily digest.
