What a great group of young people with superb customer service skills. Their customer service is better than that of seasoned workers. The flavor of coffee that I desire was not was not made at the time. Naomi offered to make me a fresh cup of coffee. She served me with such warmth. She was even kind to the cup. The cashier Anna was a breath of fresh air as was Chase. Thanks you three for making me feel like a valued customer. Store manager, please recognize these three for outstanding customer service.

The location is decent but I’m not sure if it’s worth studying or completing work at. The employee that was sitting in the lobby area came and started playing a tv show or something very loudly. It defeats the purpose of wanting to be somewhere to study at. No one corrected him or even told him to turn it down. And it seem like he even caught an attitude and turned it up when a customer glanced at him! He kept it playing while taking orders and everything!! Like what???? Is this what customer service has come too?
That’s not how you keep people inside the store. People are more willing to buy things when they are comfortable and have somewhere quiet to work. Definitely not considerate. Also, I sat here for at least 3 hours and the lobby never got cleaned, swept, or even walked around. Human connection please?

Today I ordered a large iced caramel cold brew. They are stepping up their game! It was the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had from dunkin like it hit so different and was so so good! The cashier was also very sweet and gave my two pups a pup cup💗 so amazing I will forever love this place and have NEVER had any issues with them

I love Dunkin', but the cashier today forgot our order. It was unbelievable as the order was simple. My uncle order 2 lg coffees with friend vanilla cream and I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese croissant 🥐. So another worker had to come and get the order together but asked were we cashed out. We have receipts🤦🏽♀️

I go to this location almost everyday Mrs B is so pleasant love here! However all these NEW employees making sooo many mistakes is starting to bother me now! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice and maple bacon. Well I get all the way to work take two bites and NO maple bacon just completely WRONG this is my 3rd time getting to work with something wrong with my order.. That is not good to pay for one thing and get something else! Not Happy at all.......

Rude staff, filthy bathrooms, we waited 15 minutes for a hummus toast and a croissant and when I asked staff bout our order (they were standing around chatting to one another) they were annoyed and the female staff member called me a profanity. Someone should close this store. Not at all representative of other experiences at Dunkin.

I usually only visit for a coffee refill but their donuts are good too. Mainly youngsters on the staff and generally they excel at the job. I hope the company appreciate them!

I probably go to various Dunkin Donuts at least once a day. This DD located in Fayetteville ga is the worst one I have ever been to. Most of the employees in the store are comatose, and they wouldn't know what good customer service is if it hit them over the head. If you go in and there are three customers in front of you, expect it to take at least 15 minutes to get your order. They also have a habit of not giving you back your change, especially if it is only 3 or 4 cents. Now I don't really care about the pennies, but the least they could do is ask you if you want your change. I put the real blame with this location with whoever is the franchise owner. They obviously pay their employees minimum wage, and provide absolutely no training in customer service. Avoid this place like the plague!!
