Was not happy with my curbside experience. I ordered and paid ahead online and received emails and texts confirming my order and pick up time. On the pick up day I let them know I was waiting in my car and never heard anything again. I ended up having to go into the store which completely undid the safety of curbside pick up. The staff was friendly once I was inside but I was very annoyed there is such a disconnect between there online ordering and physical store. Was not worth the hassle.

I’m not a big pork eater. I will eat ham around the holidays! Especially HONEY BAKED HAM!! I ordered a ham & turkey sandwich it was sooooo yummy! I went to this location it was spotless, very friendly staff It was very quick service & food really fresh!!!I’m going to order my Thanksgiving ham from this location.

Ordered my ham weeks ago, usually get coupons for $5 off bone in ham. Did not get one this year so asked, but still no coupon. Picked my ham up yesterday and received an e-mail with coupon today late afternoon of the 23rd of December. Also I needed just a few slices of turkey for a family member that cannot eat ham. They said they could not do that and that I would have to buy a 3 pound turkey. I went to Kroger. Very disappointed with Honey Baked Ham this year!

After giving them the time and the price offered to give card number and they can't reprint the receipt they asked for an receipt number if I had that I wouldn't need you guys to reprint a receipt. Called the 1800 number they said they can easy access it just plain lazy

they claim to do curbside pickup but when I called to request this they claimed that it was no longer available and I should have planned my meal ahead more ahead of time. that other customers planned ahead so they were able to get their ham using curbside but I wasn't....I was being scolded for not preparing for my holiday better *other people planned for the holiday and will recieve this service* umm...excuse me?? She said I had to bring my physical body inside to purchase something even though they claim they provide delivery and curbside but just not for me apparently. I said this is very alarming considering the pandemic- that I would not be given an option to have a contactless experience as they described online. Very bizarre and strange conversation. Very condescending and mean !!!! My questions were very normal considering our current nation wide circumstances. They should be able to provide these services ****ESPECIALLY CLOSE TO HOLIDAYS......RIGHT?****

I called this morning on 11/25 (to be SURE i did NOT need to place an order) and I was told NO i did not need to place an order NOR make reservations for a Turkey breast. So i get to the store at 6pm and was told that I had to have an order or a reservation snd all of the Turkey breast they have are now reserved. I was told to get a ham but I do nit eat ham . I was humiliated and very angry and my family had no Turkey for Thanksgiving. I am highly upset and this was not FAIR. I did exactly of what I was told to do. My experience was not great.
