I ordered no pickles BUT they put pickles on my sandwich!!!!😤EVEN after they had me WAIT at the window... THEY MESSED UP MY 1 SANDWICH ORDER!!! I pulled up so they could serve 5 more cars behind me since they had me waiting for my special ordered NO PICKLES SANDWICH!!!! I DIDNT MIND WAITING!!! BUT TO WAIT AND THEY STILL Got MY ORDER WRONG!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS CHICKFILA AGAIN CAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT!!!! THEY NEED TO HIRE OLDER GROWN PEOPLE FOR MANAGERS!!!!! NOT KIDS!!!! THEY ARE ALL STANDING AROUND THE FRONT RUNNING THEIR MOUTHS!!!! AND THEY CAN'T GET A 1 SANDWICH ORDER RIGHT!!!!!😤

It's Chick-fil-A. You know what to expect and you always get you order. The staff are generally really friendly and the food is consistent in flavor. I can't give it more than three stars because of what the company supports however it gets three stars because the people who work there are nice and deserve at least a little recognition.

Came in to get an Uber eats and they told me it wasn’t finished yet then I saw someone in the back counter finish a mobile bag and left it there by itself and no one gave it to me everyone just ignored it and danced around it. The store wasn’t even that busy I had to step up after a while and say I think that’s my finished mobile order and it was. Wasted my time. They had ten employees up front going back and forth and no one tried to give me the order unreal.

I walked in and ordered at 10:18. At 10:37 I was informed that they sold out of breakfast. No apologies, not offered any other items instead. I took my refund and left. Won’t be returning to this location. All managers were in the kitchen. At least I could of gotten an apology from them. All kids up front. 0 customer service.
